The suite is in generally good overall order. There are some chips to the veneers on the stands and tops of the wardrobes and dressing table. Some colour change to the side of the two drawer wardrobe (sunlight) which has washed the colour. There are a bag of handles which the previous owner was going to fit - but the suite is generally opened with the key or pulling the cupboards open.

This is a very pretty, original UK right-hand drive car and was purchased by the vendor on 3 November 2006. The car has been fully restored and has a Heritage Certificate advising the date of dispatch as 31 January 1969 to a dealership 'Stewart & Arden Ltd, Acton'. The vehicle was last MOT’d on 24 April 2015 covering only 15 miles in the interim. We understand that the car has been regularly run and garaged for its entire ownership, remaining in exceptional condition in readiness for the open road.This lot is subject to Buyer's Premium at 15% plus VAT @ 20%.Condition report: There is some small surface rust on the driver's door hinges and evidence of old restored rust to the lower front corner of the driver's door.Paperwork is available to potential bidders at Sworders Fine Art Auctioneers.
