An early 19th century mahogany bowfronted hanging corner cupboard, with canted angles and single door. Width 80 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The moulded cornice has one small piece of dentil work missing at the back left hand corner. The doors are not warped but there has been some shrinkage and they do not quite meet in the middle by approximately 4 mm. The door colour is good. The canted angles are in good order as is the edge and bottom mouldings. The interior of the cabinet is all original as are the backboards, top and base. The lock is original but we do not have a key. We cannot see any evidence of any restoration.
A large Victorian pollard oak breakfront wardrobe, with foliate carved cornice with egg and dart moulding above a centre mirrored door to hanging space and drawer, flanked on either side by a panelled cupboard door enclosing trays and drawers and with plinth base. Maximum height 250 cm, width 244 cm (see illustration).

Millfield, an American carpenter built dolls’ house with built-in pipe organ, with grey painted façade with transfer printed flower decoration, central front door with ‘Stella Randall’ name plate, turned pillars, three projecting box windows, carved details around windows and eaves, carved wooden tile roof with painted bird of paradise and chimney, garage at the side, side windows, front lifts off to reveal four rooms and hall with gold painted organ pipes and stained glass rounal behind, original decoration inside with suitable furniture including an Adrian Cooke Suite ‘Fairy Series’, a cherry wood extending dining table, an oak desk, a pair of Victorian apple pip chairs, an oak upright piano, a pair of upholstered armchairs and a cardboard white and gold car - 371?4in. (94.5cm.) wide 35in. (89cm.) high 211?2in. (55cm.) deep (missing roof of one side window) - purchased from Kay Desmond’s famous shop in Kensington Church Walk, who original bought it at an auction in Crewkerne, Somerset in the late 1970s, where she outbid the famous dolls’ house collector Viviene Greene
No.7 Elsie Mountjoy, a home built collapsable toy shop dolls’ house, with two storeys, the front with large shop window and opening door, a door down the right side leading to upstairs accommodation, down the left side is a side shop window and more windows to upstairs, the back has another door leading to shop, flat roof and back opening to reveal the ground floor with a full fitted shop with shelves and counter, an ornate staircase leads to the large single room with windows all around, original paint work and Art Nouveau oil-cloth floors, upstairs furnished complete with Fairylight desk, the shop full of miniature toys and dolls including Erzgebirge and miniature bisque dolls in crochet clothes and three bisque shoulder-head doll shop family - 213?4in. Penrhyn House, a large and unusual G & J Lines dolls’ house with coach house and pull-out garden, circa 1895, the exterior painted cream, with brick papers to corners and sides, the eaves with gilded timbers, a central pillard front door, four windows, on the first floor central French windows leading to a semi-circular balcony, detachable steps lead down to the front or a balustraded garden, to the left is similar coach house with first floor accommodation, lift off roof and lift off 1st floor, the main house front opening to reveal four rooms, hall, stairs and landing, connecting doors and original papers and attic room, extensively furnished including nine bisque shoulder-head dolls in original clothes, eleven piece lithographed paper marquetry design drawing room set, gilt metal pieces including a pier glass and table, what-not, dog kennel with wax spaniel, fender, toilet mirror, clock with candle garniture and twelve pictures, soft metal bronzed corner shelf, four blonde wood dinning chairs with upholster silk heart shaped backs and seats, a gilt and bronzed soft metal half tester bed and miniature tools - 42in.
