Duncan Grant (1885-1978) - A lead glazed pottery dish brightly painted in colours with an abstract design within a dot motif to the rim, 9ins diameter ("DG" monogram in blue to underside) Provenance : This dish was given to the vendor by Duncan Grant. It had been used as a cat bowl in the garden by the back door at Charleston. The vendor acquired it in the early 1970s when she used to visit Charleston and talk with Duncan Grant.
