A mid 20th Century teak sideboard, the plain top above three cupboard doors with turned wooden handles enclosing glasses rack, drawers and shelves, flanked by a pair of sliding glazed doors enclosing two further shelves, 206 cm wide x 48 cm deep x 79 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Top has stains and water marks, etc. Appears a bit faded - possibly sanded down previously. The side panels have water marks or liquid marks on them. The horizontal marks are groove decoration. The interiors are a little rough. Door ball clips do not work. Glass in need of a clean. Wood has faded generally throughout and has water marks / blemishes. Back panels in the glazed section - two of them are coming apart and there is a gap between. All the legs have marks. Heavy scuffs and discolouration. Item has heavy wear and tear conducive with age and constant use. See images for further details.

Duncan Grant - 'Flowers on a Chair', 20th century oil on canvas, signed and dated '71 recto, titled note from the artist and another from Ian Askew verso, 44cm x 33.5cm, within a stained wood frame. A good genuine clock with original dial and case. The clock has its original seatboard and verge escapement but the pendulum suspension has been altered and the pendulum is also missing. The case is in good condition having all of its gilt brass mounts. The dial is untouched with its original silvering. The front door is locked and we do not have the key for this.
