Mahogany display cabinet, in part 19th Century, adapted, moulded cornice, astragal glazed doors enclosing fitted shelves, over two deep cupboards with panel doors, upon bracket feet, width 128cm, depth 36cm, height 204cm.Condition report:Other than the feet being replaced there is nothing else immediately obvious as "new" but proportionally it feels wrong. The glazed doors have been refitted as they overlap the carcass a little and the hinges certainly replaced/ repaired with evidence of old patched repairs on the right hand side. The finish on the wood on the glazed doors is really quite blistered, whereas not eslewhere. Splits to top and bottom halves of the carcass. SPit to the left panelled door. The interior shelving and divisions of the cupboard are later. By way of age the majority of the timber appears 19th century, but clearly has had work in the 20th.
