Country made oak longcase clock, the hood with swan neck pediment and turned columns, trunk with short door, plinth base, twelve inch square painted dial, thirty hour movement striking on a bell, 199cm.Condition report:Two weights and a pendulum present. The pendulum rod is bent quite significantly. The minute hand has been broken and is currently taped to the glass of the hood. The movement not presently working. Replaced seat board. Worm joles throughout the backboard and support structures under the seat board. The dial has chipped losses to the enamel and areas of overpainting. Old repairs to the trunk and the lower section has splits at the plank joins, and an obvious tide line on the plinth base. The hood with sections of crossbanding missing.

George III mahogany secretaire bookcase, moulded cornice, lancet glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves, the base with a secretaire drawer over three long graduating drawers, brass handles, splayed bracket feet, width 102cm, depth 56cm, height 222cm.Condition report:Some splitting to the veneer of the cornice and there is a length of moulding missing to the left hand side of the cornice. The top left hand pane of the righthand bookcase door is cracked. The top of the secretaire is heavily marked and water stained. The lower left hand panel of the secretaire is split and has some scratches. Splits also to the right-hand side of the drawer fascias between the second and third drawers. The interior of the fitted drawer is relatively tidy, some of the inner drawer pulls are replaced and one is loose. The other drawers are sound but run dry.
Chinoiserie decorated hanging corner cupboard, with single door, dated 1722 and named Lettice Faulkner, width 58cm, height 93cm.Condition report:The door is split down the full height, just to the right of the centre. Old touches of repair and repainting to the chinoiserie finish, with a large patch bottom right lower corner. Some patches/ chips remain. Hinges are replaced. Lock mechanism is new. Some of the lengths of moulding along the bottom edge are loose.
