An early 20th Century painted doll's house, 61.5cm wide, together with a quantity of furniture and furnishings/Provenance: The Estate of Anthony J Beeson CONDITION REPORT: This dolls house is in need of re decoration inside and out and with some alterations over the years, it has a lift off roof, panelled hallway etc. There are pieces of furniture, small dolls and bits included with the hose all of varying quality. The door hinges at the front appear to have been replaced at some stage and are stiff, the front not closing neatly. The floor joists are plastic replacements

A Victorian burr walnut and satinwood side cabinet with gilt brass mounts, the breakfront top with an ebonised border, the D-shaped glazed door ends on a plinth base, 190cm wide/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: Ring stains and pitting to top. Gilt metal mounts intact throughout but rather dull. Cabinet locked. Scratches throughout and acceptable with age. Doors slightly bleached. 46.5cm deep and 112cm high.
