A fine Norwegian enamelled silver and opalescent glass thimble, of traditional form with inset moonstone head over the engine-turned and guilloche enamelled body with repeating border, the interior with marks for Aksel Holmsen, Sandefjord 925s. 2.3cm, 7.6grams some minor imperfections visible under magnification otherwise good condition commensurate with age and use, no chips or cracks to stone top, or enamel other than the minor imperfections mentioned.
