Maker's mark to lid slight rubbed. The lion and date letter are clear. There are some scratches and minor indentations including to the cartouche to the exterior. Scratches to interior, light general wear. The lid hinge is ever so slightly spring as it comes back up leaving a very small gap between that and the body.
