A 1955 Zundapp Combinette 49cc moped, registration mark RLT 212, finished in bronze with gold lining. Note: we are informed by the vendor at the time of going to press that the machine is in largely original condition, having covered only 158 miles from new. It has a 49cc single cylinder two-stroke engine with single speed chain drive, manually operated multi-plate clutch, separate chain drive for pedalling, cable-operated front drum brake, coaster rear brake and spring front forks. The registration document has been applied for and the machine is expected to have a current MOT certificate at the time of sale but interested parties should confirm this with Toovey`s prior to bidding. The machine is offered strictly as viewed, a rare surviving example of a model which had a short production life.
