A Bing spirit fired single cylinder horizontal steam engine, with double acting cylinder, whistle, weighted safety valve, level glass, etc, mounted on a green painted plinth base, printed tiles to facing surface, overall length approx 31cm, together with spare chimney, funnels, oil can and instruction leaflet.
A fine scratch built model of a beam engine, the cylinder with brass bound mahogany cladding, spoked flywheel, solid pulley wheel and round tapered column supporting the beam, the steps and galleries with handrails and perforated walkways, finished in maroon and black with yellow and red lining, width approx 37cm, mounted on a simulated black and white tiled base, within a glazed case (faults to base and case). Provenance: from the collection of the late Ron Wheele.

A Laminated Mahogany Aeroplane Propeller for a Hornet Engine, circa 1931, the blades bearing traces of cloth covering, each with a folded brass plate to one edge, the hub stamped D 1830, P 1250, A.C.G. NO.21825, MAR.'31, to one side, the opposing side stamped DRG NO Z155/4, HORNET, R.H., the universal joint made by Morris Motors Ltd., who were the predecessors of Nuffield Motor Co., 184cm span, 32cm wide at hub.**Found in an airport garage on the site of Saltend Aerodrome, Kingston upon Hull, which was the local aerodrome used by Amy Johnson. The propeller is believed to come from a de Havilland bi-plane.
