Appears G+, some fading to paint, chip to driver`s side door and small section of rubber coating missing on wire, clean battery compartment with card insert, in G display box with a couple of small tears.

M.&E. Models Ltd. (Exmouth) Tethered Racing Car: ERA hand-carved softwood body on complete and original M&E steel chassis, aluminium bonnet/hood pannel with two leather hood straps, fuel cap to bonnet and rear, metal radiator and steering wheel, `ERA` badge to bonnet, petrol engine with front wheel drive, linkage allows model to be steered in a circle, large exhaust outlet has been added to other side. These cars were produced from 1947 for just a couple of years, the steel chassis is stamped no.1680 and body number 36 is stamped into the wood. Length 46cm, height 16cm, width 20cm. Overall G condition with a couple of minor chips to paint, `M&E` decal to side scratched, and one leather strap torn.
