Live Steam, Marklin Vertical Steam Plant with single cylinder engine: overall F/G and in need of restoration (base and engine have been repainted, cracks to chimney, detached pipe), burner is present, model has diamond plaque to boiler showing Marklin Wurttemberg logo. Overall height 34cm/13½" including base.
Live Steam, Victorian Beam Engine in display case: well engineered model to a scale of 1 inch to 1 foot. Flywheel diameter 23cm/9", base of engine 44cm/17" x 22cm/8.5". Mounted on wooden plinth with brass plaque, `Beam Engine/ circa. 1840-50/ 20rpm - 30psi - 16hp/ Scale 1 inch to 1 foot`. One ball missing from governer, otherwise a VG example.
Taylor and Barrett (England) No.15 Turntable Fire Escape: AFS Auxiliary Fire Service Fire Engine with two Firemen, finished in red, white and silver, with extending, revolving and elevating ladder operated by three winches. Overall G/F with chips to paint and fatigued tyres, in G/F box (torn label to lid).
Bandai (Japan) tinplate Volkswagen Beetle: large scale battery operated model is cream with tinprinted interior, clear plastic engine cover to rear, plated parts, blue headlights, On/Off switch to base. Length 36cm. Some minor surface corrosion around plated parts, but otherwise in G condition with clean battery compartment, unboxed.
Bandai (Japan) Jaguar XK-E: tinplate battery operated model is red with detailed tinprinting to interior and under bonnet, driver figure, bump and go action with opening and closing bonnet and engine light, length 26cm. VG with two strokes of red paint to roof, in VG display box with inner card and instructions printed on inside.
Bandai (Japan) No.4022 Volkswagen Beetle Sedan: tinplate battery operated car with `bump and go` action, `openable door`, sliding sun roof, headlights, clear plastic engine cover to rear, metallic red with plated parts and hubs, tinprinted blue interior with driver, part of the `Automobiles of the World` series. Length 26cm. Overall VG with clean battery compartment, some wear to plated hubs, in G box with small puncture to lid.
Bandai (Japan) Mercedes Benz 300SL Coupe: tinplate red car with tinprinted interior and plastic steering wheel, plastic remote control unit with steering wheel and three buttons, car runs forward, reverses, and doors open up and close down when buttons pressed, includes engine sounds. Length 23cm. Appears G+, some fading to paint, chip to driver`s side door and small section of rubber coating missing on wire, clean battery compartment with card insert, in G display box with a couple of small tears.
1929 Citroen C6 Chassis, constructional toy produced by Citroen Cars in the 1920`s and 1930`s as part of a publicity programme. Parts held together with nuts and bolts, includes steering wheel, radiator, and four rubber tyres (fatigued, one is a Pneu Michelin), visible engine. Length 40cm. F.
Mettoy (UK) large tinplate Fire Engine: clockwork model is red with detailed tinprinting, tinplate balloon wheels, silver revolving turntable with extending ladder, two tinplate firemen, bell which rings when clockwork motor wound, fixed key. Length 36cm. In G-VG working order with some wear to plated front grille.
M.&E. Models Ltd. (Exmouth) Tethered Racing Car: ERA hand-carved softwood body on complete and original M&E steel chassis, aluminium bonnet/hood pannel with two leather hood straps, fuel cap to bonnet and rear, metal radiator and steering wheel, `ERA` badge to bonnet, petrol engine with front wheel drive, linkage allows model to be steered in a circle, large exhaust outlet has been added to other side. These cars were produced from 1947 for just a couple of years, the steel chassis is stamped no.1680 and body number 36 is stamped into the wood. Length 46cm, height 16cm, width 20cm. Overall G condition with a couple of minor chips to paint, `M&E` decal to side scratched, and one leather strap torn.

"The Saint Omnibus" - some separating of pages, various stamps, stickers and inscriptions. Other books with various inscriptions. "Biggles" with foxing and staining, dust jacket with foxing and wear, pages with browning, biro inscription. Ruper Annual with some dirt, wear and mis-shaping, some splits and wear to spine, some discolouration to pages, some inscriptions.
