When the MGA arrived in 1955, it must have come as quite a shock to MG aficionados who had become accustomed to the pre-war look of the company's sports cars. It was a complete departure in styling and its beautiful, streamlined body was right up to the minute in terms of appearance. It was powered by a new engine; MG had decided that the old XPAG unit had had its day and so introduced a much more modern B-series engine that had made its debut in the recently announced Magnette saloon. This delightful MGA was originally registered in 1960 and is an original right hand drive example delivered new to South Africa. Imported to the UK in 1991 the MGA is offered in good usable condition, the paintwork is in good order as is the interior and engine bay. Reported by the vendor to run and drive as it should this MGA comes with a sizeable history file including maintenance invoices, the UK registration document and many previous MoT records. Superb open top motoring with a very attractive estimate. Consigned by Daniel Godin ORIGINAL RIGHT HAND DRIVE EXAMPLEIN CURRENT OWNERSHIP FOR 26 YEARS

The 'Big' Healey enjoyed steady development, with the early four-cylinder cars giving way to the 100 Six in 1956, which in turn was replaced by the first of the 3000s in 1959. The new car featured an enlarged 2912cc version of Austin's six-cylinder engine with twin SU carburettors and Girling front disc brakes, offering excellent performance resulting in the model becoming a great success. The 3000 was only referred to as the Mk. I once the Mk. II model was introduced in 1961. Other changes were minor compared to those between the original 100 and the 100-6. The wheelbase and body were unchanged as were the body-styles, a 2+2 or BT7 and a two-seater BN7.This Austin Healey 3000 tri-carb was built in November 1960 and dispatched in December 1961 and is offered for sale in excellent condition, having been recently restored by Retro Marques Ltd. This stunning example was imported from the USA in 1991 having originally been exported to Gibraltar. We believe this Healey was originally ordered by a serviceman who took the car back with him to the States. This classic open topped sports car has an extensive history from its time in the USA, most notably with a lovely, hand-written logbook detailing fuel, work carried out and it was this noteworthy history which attracted it to the present owner some years ago. It appears that there were only two owners before being imported and here in the UK it has been with the second owner since 1994. Fully restored by Retro Marques Ltd. in the UK. All rebuild invoices and a complete photo record are present. This is an excellent opportunity to own a tri-carb model which looks as good today as when it left the factory. The 'RS' badge is well renowned in the world of fast Ford enthusiasts. Originating from Ford’s Motorsport division in the 1960s, the RS actually stood for 'Rallye Sport', and meant that any Ford model special enough to bear its namesake had been designed specifically for rally racing. Due to Ford’s repeated successes in rallying during this era, the RS badge very quickly became synonymous with Motorsport and Performance. The Sierra RS Cosworth was developed as a result of a partnership between Ford and race engine designers Cosworth. The purpose of the project was to create a homologated vehicle to win European Group A racing championships. The engine was to be a 16V, twin-cam based upon Ford’s existing T88 block (commonly known as the Pinto engine). The aim was to develop a turbo-charged unit that would be capable of 300bhp in race trim. Cosworth accepted the task but only on the basis that Ford agreed to purchase 15,000 units of these engines. From there, the road legal and racing engine legend the Sierra RS Cosworth was born. This particular example is a desirable 4x4 variant of the four door saloon Sapphire RS Cosworth. The car is presented in very good order throughout and the white paintwork retains a good shine. The black leather Recaro interior presents in excellent condition, with very minimal wear, commensurate with the mileage of 73,718. The car has been subtly modified with Koni suspension, which has very marginally lowered the car and has certainly improved the driving experience. An uprated intercooler has also been fitted along with a mild stage one map; the vendor understands it is producing around 300bhp. This is an excellent useable example which has just one previous keeper recorded on the logbook and is supplied to auction with a fresh MoT test certificate valid until June 2025 and a V5C registration document. The Triumph TR6 was produced between 1969 and 1976 and, by the time production ended in July 1976, it was the best-seller of the TR range. In total 94,619 TR6s were manufactured of which 86,249 were sold overseas and only 8,370 were sold in the UK. The bodywork closely resembled that of the previous model, the TR5, but the front and rear were squared off and all TR6s featured inline six-cylinder engines. The TR6 featured a four-speed manual transmission and an optional equipment overdrive unit was a desirable feature because it gave drivers close-gearing for spirited driving whilst remaining an excellent touring car for open motorways. It also featured independent rear suspension, rack and pinion steering, 15" wheels and tyres, pile carpet on the floors and boot, bucket seats and a full complement of instrumentation. Braking was provided by disc brakes at the front and rear drum brakes.Originally registered on 22nd September 1971 this Triumph TR6 presents very well in Mallard Green with a black interior. Forming part of a private collection, this TR6 has clearly been very well looked after as the paintwork is in very good order and so is the interior. Still bearing the original Lucas fuel injection system, this 150bhp Triumph is described as driving with no known faults. Following the resounding success of the R107, the R129 Mercedes-Benz SL had a rather tough act to follow, as it still had to carry on the tradition of a fast and reliable grand touring convertible. The advantage designers had with the R129 was technology. By the time the final car rolled off the production line in 1989, these earlier models had been in production for 18 years with very little change. Therefore, the SL500 featured many new and innovative ideas, such as controlled electronic damping, automatically expanding roll-over bar and a more modern multi-link rear axle. In addition to this was a fully operating electric roof, windows, door mirrors and seats, which made this model easy and comfortable to operate. The new SL also boasted a more powerful engine and the stopping power was aided by anti-lock braking for added reassurance. This lovely example is presented in metallic green with cream leather interior and comes with its factory hardtop. The present owner carried out a service on the car in 2023 when the car had all of its four tyres renewed. It has a CD player in the boot, electric seats, Sony sound system (not factory standard). The car will come with a fresh MoT test certificate. A great example of fast appreciating investment, which is fantastic for touring with or without the roof! Consigned by James Good. The 1968 Mercedes-Benz 280 SE Coupé is a classic embodiment of German engineering and luxury. Featuring a 2.8-litre inline-six engine, it produces 160bhp, providing a smooth and powerful ride. The car boasts elegant design elements, including sleek lines, a distinctive front grille, and a well-crafted interior with premium materials. It comes equipped with advanced features for its time, such as four-wheel disc brakes and power steering. Known for its reliability and performance, the 280 SE Coupé remains a highly sought-after model among classic car enthusiasts, symbolizing timeless sophistication and automotive excellence. This handsome example was registered in March 1968 and presents extremely well in black coachwork; which is complemented by a striking red leather interior. The vendor of this stylish pillarless coupé purchased the vehicle in October 1996 and is only the third owner of the car. During his tenure, the car has benefitted from a considerable amount of service work by various marque specialists including Roger Edwards, John Haynes and Steve Redfearn and some by a Mercedes-Benz main agent. These works have totalled over £13,000. We are informed that although rarely used, this classic Mercedes is a joy to drive. Offered to auction with a V5C registration document and although exempt from the requirement by virtue of age, an MoT test valid until February 2025 with no advisories. Following the take-over of Bentley Motors Ltd. by Rolls-Royce Ltd., the first design from the Derby works to wear the Bentley name was a chassis geared to the sporting market with a 3,669cc engine and first deliveries were made in the last quarter of 1933. In spring 1936, deliveries of the 4,257cc version commenced and in late 1938, came the first of 201 of the so called ’overdrive’ cars with the gear ratios changed to 2.38:1 for 1st gear, 1.49:1 for 2nd, direct in 3rd and 0.85:1 for 4th. The production register found within CC4, reveals that most buyers opted for a sports saloon body and that Park Ward’s design proved the most popular with 822 produced. This extremely rare Shooting Brake or “Woody” bodied model was supplied originally as a sporting saloon by Thrupp and Maberly to a Mr Edmonds of Birmingham and is believed to have been rebodied circa 1952 by Jones Brothers (Coachbuilders)Ltd of Willesden NW10 as evidenced by plaques on the door shuts. It appears that Jones made only a handful of these bodies for Rolls-Royce / Bentley chassis but quite a number for other luxury brands such as Armstrong Siddeley and Healey amongst others. It was not uncommon at the time as it changed the taxable status of the car to commercial, reducing road fund licence to £12-10-0p from £37-10-p, a not insubstantial saving !DOC 666 has had an interesting life having been owned at one time by J.J. Astor VI, the so called ‘Titanic Baby’ and heir to the Astor fortune. It has also spent time being a grocer’s delivery van presumably ensuring your fruit and vegetables arrived in style and unbruised in the South Downs region!Bought by a well-known Sussex based Bentley collector the car was sent to Blackmore Engineering in Shoreham, Sussex where it received a thorough but sympathetic restoration including complete engine rebuild, chassis work, brakes, radiator etc. Subsequently the car has been used regularly including numerous trips to France and a six-week tour of New Zealand where it covered over 3,300 trouble free miles on unmade and tarmac roads at an average of 17mpg.Finished in black with oxblood leather and a beautiful wooden dashboard, this car has a delightful patina and comes with a huge history file and invoices dating back to the 1960s.Supplied with current V5 and offered with no reserve, this extremely rare machine is ready to be enjoyed by its next custodian with a taste for the unusual and which is sure to create attention wherever it goes ! The GT series is a series of two-stroke chain drive motorcycles manufactured and marketed by Suzuki for model years 1972–1977, with a range of engine capacities and cylinder counts. For 1976, the two-cylinder T500 Titan was given a new front end with a single-disc brake as well as freshened up bodywork. It was henceforth known as the GT500, discontinued at the end of 1977, so had a very short production life. The GT500 was not graced with Ram Air cooling, probably because Suzuki already knew that their large-capacity two-stroke road bikes were reaching the end of their production lives. This example of the rare one year only GT500 was imported in 2018 and presented in Candy Red. The 996 is the internal designation for the Porsche 911 model manufactured and sold between 1998 and 2005. On its debut, the 996 featured the most significant changes to the Carrera model since its 1963 introduction, namely the water-cooled engine replacing the previously air-cooled unit. Progressively stringent noise regulations, environmental concerns, a higher expectation for refinement and a high-performance, four-valve per cylinder engine made the switch necessary. Other changes included a sleeker body with a more steeply raked windshield and a redesigned interior. The performance characteristics remained superb with reliability at its core. The 996 was another step forward for Porsche, making cars that not only excited their fan base but appealed to those who wanted a comfortable and practical everyday sports car that could sprint to 60mph in a shade over five seconds. This Porsche 996 was delivered new in 1998 from the franchised dealer Stratstone of Wilmslow and features the desirable manual transmission. The specification also includes a Sport Package, Sports suspension, Locking differential and Traction control. This iconic German sports car presents well in the classic colour combination of silver coachwork with a contrasting black leather interior and benefits from a factory fitted sunroof, sports seats and is fitted the attractive 18” Sports Techno wheels. The file for this well-maintained example includes a V5c registration document, a valid MoT test certificate, a well stamped service book, the original owner’s manual and various bills and receipts. The Z3 was the first modern mass-market roadster produced by BMW as well as the first new BMW model to be assembled in the United States. It was introduced as a 1996 model year vehicle, shortly after being featured in the James Bond movie 'Golden Eye'. While the film was number one at the box office, sales of the car peaked and it was sold out by the time the car was launched. The Z3 was designed by Joji Nagashima of the BMW design team and developed from the E36 platform of the 3-Series. The resulting platform is often referred to as the E36/7(roadster) or E36/8(coupé). When launched, only the 1.9 litre straight four engine was offered, but its 138bhp was not up to expectations. A 2.2 litre engine producing 168bhp was made available for the more enthusiastic driver and in 1997 a powerful six cylinder 2.8-litre engine producing 190bhp was an option, or a 3.0-litre straight six with 228bhp.The car we have here presents well in Topaz Blue with a very retro two tone blue and black interior. The car was serviced by Robert Stern BMW up until 2007 at just shy of 48,000 miles, then visited Rybrook BMW in 2009 at 55,000 miles. Since then, the car has been serviced a handful of times by smaller independent garages, most recently at 81,803 miles. These cars are getting even better with age, a true BMW analogue sports car, which we’re very unlikely to see produced by them ever again. The car is supplied to auction with its leather wallets containing owner’s manual, service book, and brochure. A Dune or Beach Buggy is a recreational motor vehicle with large wheels and wide tyres, designed for use on beaches or the desert. Popularity peaked in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s with the Volkswagen Beetle, nicknamed ‘Bug’ (hence ‘Buggy’) which were most commonly used for the platform. Ideal because the rear engine layout improves traction, the air-cooled engine avoids the complexities and failure points associated with water-cooled units. Dune buggies generally came with fibreglass bodies. The original dune buggy was the 1964 Meyers Manx built by classic constructor, Bruce Meyers, using a Volkswagen Beetle chassis. This fabulous Beach Buggy is finished in the great colour combination of black exterior with a black interior. The body is a predator kit which sits on a Type 1 chassis. Fitted with a 1776cc engine, that was built by John King from ‘Beetle Crisis’ fame, no stone was left unturned, gas-flowed heads, lightened and balanced crankshaft, new rods and pistons. To be expected, it offers brisk performance, particularly as it was manufactured as a fun off road car. The engine is encased by a nudgebar to avoid any mishaps and for added protection. The interior of this Volkswagen is eye-catching, from the diamond stitched seats to the aluminium dashboard and protected toggle switches. The dashboard has been tastefully styled and a rev counter sits on top of the steering column. Sitting proudly on Center Line polished wheels 17 inch at the rear, 16 at the front and with a white hardtop, this Beach Buggy really is a great looking example. Having been featured in Volks World magazine, it is easy to see why this Volkswagen creates such interest. The Jaguar XK120 was manufactured by Jaguar between 1948 and 1954 and was Jaguar's first post-war sports car which succeeded the SS 100 that ceased production in 1940. The XK120 was launched in roadster form at the 1948 London Motor Show as a test bed and show car for the new Jaguar XK six-cylinder engine. It caused a sensation, which persuaded William Lyons to put it into production and the "120" in its name referred to its 120 mph top speed, this made the XK120 the world's fastest standard production car at the time of its launch. It was available in two convertible versions; first as the roadster, then also as a drophead coupé from 1953 and as a closed fixed-head coupé from 1951. The DHC was a more deluxe model, featuring a beautiful wood dashboard and wood features on the door interiors. The XK120 was aimed primarily at the US market and the fixed-head coupé was constructed in relatively small numbers with approximately 2680 units produced (combined left and right hand drive) compared with approximately 7,614 roadsters. In late 1954 the XK120 was succeeded by the XK140 which benefitted from enhanced engineering to benefit the new model not only as a road going tourer, but as a serious motorsport contender. This superb example of this British classic sports car was converted from left hand drive to right hand drive and is presented in the ubiquitous British Racing Green with pale green leather interior. The car was the subject of a circa 30-year body off restoration and result is absolutely stunning. Its walnut dash and door cappings are superb, the green carpet is in great condition and the present owner has fitted a new unleaded cylinder head, rebuilt the period correct carburettors and had the wire wheels resprayed and powder coated. This Jaguar has covered only a mere 100 miles from its restoration and comes with a Heritage Certificate, various invoices, stainless steel exhaust and a modern radio is cleverly located behind the ash tray. This car sounds fantastic, looks just as good as it sounds and is a real head turner. This must be viewed to truly appreciate the meticulous restoration and the finish on the car. The Escort RS2000 was the last car to be introduced to Ford's 'Advanced Vehicle' range in June of 1973 and dovetailed nicely with its performance almost comparable to the more complex RS1600, but with the reliability and ease of maintenance of the Mexico. The car used the same Type 49 bodyshell as the Mexico and RS1600, however, there was a new engine in use at Ford, the 2-litre overhead cam, 100bhp, 'Pinto' design, which seemed, on paper, ideal for the RS. Ford then had the major problem of persuading the, less than slender, Pinto engine to fit into the engine bay, which was something it had never been designed to do. The only way of achieving this was by discarding the engine-driven cooling fan and replacing it with a thermostatically controlled Kenlowe unit. The most appropriate gearbox was the German 'E-box', which was totally different to the one fitted to the RS1600, and the final drive was 3.54:1. The car was launched in England on 11/11/1973.This superb car was initially registered on 08/04/1974,and is an original Escort RS2000 supplied with a host of paperwork together with a V5c registration document. Finished in the instantly recognisable colours of Diamond White with blue stripes, this Escort has benefited from restoration and a host of upgrades including a strengthened bodyshell with a roll cage, jacking points for jack stands and steel bubble arches. Power comes from a recently rebuilt 2.1 Pinto engine with alloy sump, Weber carburettors, Newland phase-three fast-road camshaft, ported cylinder head and a heat-wrapped, four branch exhaust manifold. Said to produce 165bhp, the car has a five-speed quick shift gearbox and the present owner has fitted a electric power steering unit for more acceptable driving/parking ability. Further spec includes Cobra bucket seats with four-point Sabelt harnesses, front discs, anti-roll bar and anti-dive conversion, and a rear brake disc conversion using Sierra Cosworth brake calipers. The Toyota Land Cruiser, in its many sizes and configurations, has had a long and successful history of reliable service through the most rugged of conditions. Patterned after the ubiquitous Jeep and Land Rover utility vehicles, the Land Cruiser demonstrated that Toyota could produce much more than just economical cars. Introduced in 1960, it was available as the FJ40 series (with F engines) but also BJ40/41/42 (short wheelbase), BJ43/44/46 (middle wheelbase) or HJ45/47 (long wheelbase). In line with this, a number of chassis options were also available with half cabs, soft tops and doors and six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. They became indispensable in unsettled and remote areas of the world, hauled safaris through Africa, developed a devoted following among America's off-road culture and have spawned a host of imitators. Finding a good vintage example of these archetypical utility vehicles can be difficult. This right hand drive 1979 manufactured Toyota was imported into the UK in 2003. Clearly restoration work has been carried out on the car, borne out by the fact it presents in very good order throughout. This vehicle has a virtually bullet proof 4.2 Litre petrol engine and mechanics. The bodywork of this Land Cruiser has been taken care of, as has the interior. This one benefits from a DAB radio, power steering, an electric winch, a towbar, additional fuel container and a ratchet jack for any off-road issues. With inward facing rear seats and a soft top, this really is a delightful looking Toyota. The Evo Corse Fondmetal wheels with General Grabber tyres and a snorkel (although not connected), contribute to the rugged look of this FJ40. Supplied with a V5C registration and a folder with a number of invoices, this rare Land Cruiser FJ40 looks certain to create interest. The CB400F was produced by Honda from 1975 to 1977. It first appeared at the 1974 Cologne motorcycle show, Intermot, and was dropped from the Honda range in 1978. It had an air-cooled, transverse-mounted 408cc inline four-cylinder engine with two valves per cylinder operated by a single chain-driven overhead camshaft. Fuelling was provided by four 20 mm Keihin carburettors. The CB400F is commonly known as the Honda 400 Four.Imported from Belgium, this example is unregistered but is supplied with a Belgium logbook. It was recommissioned in 2021 which included a UK MoT certificate and a full gearbox rebuild. The Mercedes-Benz W113 SL was developed under the auspices of Mercedes-Benz Technical Director Fritz Nallinger, Chief Engineer Rudolf Uhlenhaut and Head of Styling, Friedrich Geiger. The lead designers were Paul Bracq and Béla Barényi who created its distinctive, patented, slightly concave hardtop which inspired the 'Pagoda' nickname. The model was manufactured from 1963 through to 1971 and boasted an in-line straight six-engine with multi-port fuel injection. The larger and more popular capacity 280 (2.8 litre) was introduced in 1967 and remained largely unchanged until 1971.The example we have here is an original UK supplied example with an automatic gearbox, which was delivered in 1970 wearing the beautiful blue you see it in today. The car was specified as a California coupé when new, meaning it had no soft top fitted, though a new soft top using an original frame and brand new canvas was recently fitted, along with many other restoration jobs. A full bare metal respray has taken place, which has been finished to an impressive standard. The engine and chassis have both undergone much work, all using original parts from Pagodenteile in Germany. The car presents in excellent order now, though the final job on the list for our vendor would have been to retrim the interior, but it’s time constraints have meant this will be a job for the new owner. The interior is useable as it is, but it would benefit from being brought up to the same level as the rest of the car. Together with the 300 SL, the Mercedes-Benz 190 SL made history at the New York International Motor Sports Show in February 1954 by being the first new production Mercedes-Benz to be unveiled outside of Germany. The striking impression given by the 190 SL, sitting alongside the bigger 300 SL, was neat, sporty and with dashing lines - signatures of Mercedes-Benz designers Karl Wilfret and Walter Hacket. And between May 1955 and February 1963, 25,881 of these cars were produced, a huge success for Mercedes-Benz. Its engine boasted four inline cylinders with a chain driven overhead camshaft and two carburettors delivering a respectable 108bhp for that era, and still providing an exhilarating drive today. The body was a monocoque design, welded to the shortened chassis of the type 180 saloon. A racing version with aluminium doors and a small windscreen was never officially produced although, these parts could be ordered from the factory for weekend racing. This rust free, left hand drive ex-Californian 1961 Mercedes-Benz 190 SL was imported to the UK last year with the intention of removing the incorrect V6 engine that had been fitted in the early 1980’s and converting the car to electric drive, on reflection the current owner felt with all the other projects he has underway that this was not viable. So here is an opportunity to purchase an unmolested, other than the engine and gearbox, rust free Mercedes-Benz 190SL with factory hard top which could be used in its original state or locate an original engine and gearbox and restore the car, or resto mod it using modern Mercedes components or go for the vendors plan to fit electric. The Mercedes-Benz R107 and C107 models were manufactured from 1971 through to 1989 and were the longest running production models after the G-Class. They were sold under the SL and SLC model names as the 280SL, 280SLC, 300SL, etc. up to the 560SL. The R107 roadster has been described as one of the best looking Mercedes-Benz cars produced to date. The larger, third generation SL, initially with just a 3.5-litre engine (350 SL) mated to four-speed automatic transmission. The car featured a two-door monocoque bodyshell with independent suspension all round, coil springs and anti-roll bar at the front, semi-trailing arms, coil springs and anti-roll bar at the rear. The power assisted steering was Daimler-Benz's own re-circulating ball system. Our vendor purchased this SL in 2015 and has spent some £14,000 on it since then, mostly focussing on the underside and engine, which have both been treated to many new parts and recommissioning jobs. The bulk of the work was carried out in 2016, nearly £8,000 was spent, the engine had almost a whole rebuild and many bushes and seals underneath the car were replaced, less than 2,000 miles have been covered since. More recently, in July 2020, a new camshaft and rockers were fitted, along with some other service items, the bill coming to nearly £3,000. In June 2024, the car underwent a thorough service following a period of time in storage, new front brake discs and pads were fitted, along with engine oil and brake fluid being changed. A few areas of paintwork have also recently been carried out, just to tidy up the appearance of the car and it now presents very well. The Ford Escort RS Cosworth was released in 1992 just as the Sierra Sapphire 4X4 Cosworth production was ending. The radical styling that included flared arches and the unmissable whale tail rear spoiler, displayed only a small part of the potential however, that potential was fulfilled by the fitment of the Ford power unit that lay under the bonnet boosted by a turbo charger. Production commenced in February 1992 with the first 2,500 being homologation specials. The Cosworth was entered into the World Rally Championship the following year, enjoying outstanding success in the hands of works drivers François Delecour and Miki Biasion. Although the RS Cosworth resembled the Escort road car, it was in fact based on a shortened Sierra 4x4 floor pan and used the latter's running gear. This meant that, unlike the mainstream Mk. V Escort, the RS Cosworth mounted its engine fore-and-aft rather than transversely, it also used the Sierra 4x4's five-speed manual transmission which featured permanent four-wheel drive that split the power 34/66 front/rear. In road trim, the RS Cosworth produced 227bhp and with that horsepower in a nimble, compact car, performance was outstanding. The end came too early for many enthusiasts with production ceasing in January 1996. Only 7,145 cars were produced over a four-year period. This stunning Pacific Blue late big turbo RS Cosworth is presented in Pacific Blue with full black Lux leather trim. K726 PLE was sold to its first owner on 25th September 1992 and remained with him until last year when permanently relocating to the USA he sold it to his good friend. The car having spent a number of years in storage as the owner spent more and more time in the US was a little cosmetically untidy and needed a little TLC so the new owner had the intention of recommissioning it himself but not having the time or funds to do the car justice he negotiated with the owner of the business tasked with the work ‘our vendor’ to step in and purchase the project and thus the more detailed cosmetic restoration began in earnest. We are told the car started fine and ran well but naturally needed all fluids removing and replacing and the car serviced, bearing in mind the incredible low mileage the interior was in fantastic condition and thus required nothing more than a leather feed and clean. The plan was to recommission and ‘tidy’ the car leaving or retaining originality but as many projects do this began to expand. The decision was taken to remove the engine and fully rebuild it and then detail it but while the engine was out he decided to paint the entire engine bay, then because of a few age related marks the decision was taken to expand this to fully repainting the entire car.At this point the simple ‘commissioning’ had got fully out of hand and this our vendor changed tack and decided to spend the best part of the year ensuring the car was in a condition befitting of a low mileage low owner collector car…. So up next while the car was in the air awaiting its engine rebuild the decision was made to completely refurbish the underside with every nut and bolt removed, cleaned or replaced and zinc plated. The budget at this point had been thrown out the window and although not wanting to add up the man hours its estimated it would cost circa £60,000 to replicate the work luckily for our vendor this work was absolved within the restoration business that he owns indeed a restoration business with two world records under its belt and he and his team can feel proud of the result. What we now have is a genuine, very low mileage standard example with history up to the point of storage and details from the restoration over the last year, a fabulous example therefore of an iconic 90’s fast Ford. In essence a one owner car for almost all of its life and with under 18,000 miles from new viewing is highly recommended... as is buying! The original Mini is considered a British icon of the 1960s and its space saving front wheel layout allowing 80% of the cars floorplan to be used for passengers and luggage, influenced a generation of car makers. In 1999, the Mini was voted the second most influential car of the 20th century behind the Ford model T. The Mini world is positively awash with special editions and limited run models. None, however, can surely boast the genuine allure and remarkable scarcity of the Lamm Autohaus produced Mini Convertible of the early 1990s.By the late 1980s Rover was starting to explore additional niches for the diminutive old-timer to exploit. A convertible option soon became a very obvious contender. Consequently, Rover commissioned an obscure German company based in the little-known town of Achern to produce 75 special Mini convertibles as a “proof of demand” exercise. Lamm were a German Rover franchised dealer but, they had been converting Minis into convertibles since the 1980s and their traditional approach was simple but impeccably engineered. They removed the Mini’s roof, added compensatory strengthening and fitted a fabric roof with plastic rear windows built in the “official” Lamm Mini convertibles were more than just a decapitated City, however. All 75 were Mini Cooper specification cars, featuring the bigger, carburettor fed 1,275cc engine. Revolution alloy wheels were fitted, and a dramatic looking body kit was present. The unique colourway consisted of Pearlescent Cherry Red paintwork with a matching, maroon hood. All 75 cars were built in right hand drive. Sold for over £12,000 in 1991 and were available through just 12 specially selected Rover dealers. Despite the bullish price, demand was, inevitably, strong, with all 75 being sold within a month.Presented in Pearlescent Cherry Red paintwork with a matching maroon hood, this incredible Lamm edition has travelled only 374 miles from new. The car must be the most original and lowest mileage in existence having been family owned until our vendor purchased the car from the son of the original owner a few years ago. The V5 shows two previous keepers Husband, Wife and Son and to all intents and purposes this is a Mini that in auto parts terms would be termed as new old stock. However, despite its 32-year age, the word “old” seems entirely inappropriate when applied to this remarkable car. As it is frankly time warp in current condition. The Honda S2000 was manufactured from 1999 until 2009, first shown as a concept car called the SSM at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1995, the production version was launched on April 15, 1999 to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary. The S2000 is named for its engine displacement of two litres, while "S" stood for "sports" carrying on in the tradition of the S500, S600, and S800 roadsters of the 1960s. Several revisions were made throughout the car's production life, including changes to the engine, gearbox, suspension, interior and exterior with production ceased on August 19, 2009. The Honda S2000 was notable for its exceptional specific power output of about 124 hp per litre, or about two horsepower per cubic inch, the highest of any mass production, naturally aspirated engined car at the time. The S2000 has since become a legitimate modern classic car, having seen a significant appreciation in price for valued examples in good condition. In the JDM community and the car community as a whole, the most sought-after models are special edition productions such as the CR (Club Racer) in the USA market while the standard AP1 and AP2 models have achieved collectible status as well. This AP2 example was purchased by our vendor as a retirement gift on the 24th June 2009, the original order form tells us it was specified with full body cover and front and rear parking sensors and although with a list price of £27,050 and due to being one of the last S2000’s to be sold, it was discounted to a final price of £21,655. Presented in New Formula Red with Black leather and soft top, this example has been maintained by Trident Honda in Ottershaw, the supplying dealer, with four service stamps until 2014; since then our vendor driving less frequently, has had a local mechanic fulfil both a brake fluid service and changed the coolant. Starting in 1978, the new 3.0 litre 911 SC was the second generation basic 911 model. It was in effect a Carrera 3 (known as a 911S in the United States) detuned to provide 180 bhp. The ‘SC’ designation was reintroduced by Porsche for the first time since the 356 SC as distinguished from the race-engine 356 Carrera. No Carrera versions were produced and the 930 Turbo remained at the top of the range. Porsche's engineers felt that the weight of the extra luxury, safety and emissions equipment on these cars was blunting performance compared to the earlier, lighter cars with the same power output, so in non-US cars, power was increased to 185 hp for 1980, then finally to 201 hp. However, cars sold in the US market retained their lower-compression 180 hp engines throughout. This enabled them to be run on lower-octane fuel but made them less desirable, indeed SC’s sold in the UK could be also specified with a desirable Sport Group Package which added stiffer suspension, the rear spoiler, front rubber lip and black Fuchs wheels. This example of this iconic marque is presented in its original colour of black with cream leather interior and has had only seven previous owners. It comes with a full Porsche service history ( dealer and specialist), current V5 Log book, MoT test certificate valid until March 9th 2025 and its service manual, Owners handbook, drivers manual, maintenance book and its fully Porsche stamped up service book in its original wallet. It also comes with old MoT test certificates and tax discs. The Plymouth Road Runner is a muscle car which was produced by Plymouth from 1968 through to 1980. It was a high-performance version of the Plymouth Belvedere and Satellite and was known for its speed and aggressive styling. The Roadrunner was introduced in 1968 as a response to the popular Dodge Charger and was designed to be a more affordable alternative. It was powered by a variety of engines, including a 383 cubic-inch V8 and a 440 cubic-inch V8, which produced up to 390bhp. The Roadrunner was also famous for its distinctive beak-like grille and aggressive body stripes, which gave it a unique and menacing appearance. With its powerful engine and sporty styling, the Plymouth Roadrunner quickly became a popular choice among muscle car enthusiasts and has since become a classic American icon, which is very rarely seen in the UK.This example is specified with the 383 cubic-inch V8 mated to a four-speed manual gearbox and looks excellent in its period burnt orange colour. The car spent a large portion of its life in Texas, where it underwent a restoration in 2003, which has held up particularly well. The paint and chrome both retain an excellent shine and the interior is in very sharp condition too. This Roadrunner was imported into the UK in 2010 by the previous owner, who kept the car until our vendor purchased in it in 2023 and we are told it is a blast to drive, with an amazing soundtrack from the 3” pipes and Flowmaster 40 series mufflers. During the late 60s and early 70s, many considered creating attractive new touring bodies as opposed to investing in the restoration of a standard steel sports saloon which made more financial and practical sense. Derry F. Mallalieu decided to build his first Bentley Special whilst living in Connecticut, USA and based on a Bentley Mk. VI, before moving operations back to the UK. Adopting the leisurely, unhurried methods of traditional coach building, work proceeded at his base in Wootton near Abingdon. The handcrafted body was a composition of carefully formed panels; a beautifully finished product which was then married to the chassis of a Bentley Mk. VI whose original coachwork had simply been scrapped. Frame and engine as well as gearbox, rear axle and suspension were carefully checked before applying the standard Mallalieu formula. This involved lowering the chassis with an underslung rear end and setting the generally unmodified engine back in the chassis. His 'tour de force' was undoubtedly the coachwork design that first consigned the original, more formal Mk. VI or R-Type coachwork to the scrapyard. The lowered radiator of Mallalieu's cars was compensated for by an enlarged header tank, thus not compromising the cooling on these fast road cars. Although Mallalieu cars were bespoke and detailed to the buyers' requirements, the open roadsters were, by far, the most popular. The availability of the almost full range of spare parts met certain customers' desire to alter cars from right hand drive to left hand drive using original Bentley parts. Regarding the interior, only the finest materials were accepted and thanks to the relatively light bodywork, the cars offered impressive acceleration. The vendor, in 1979, read an article in the Financial Times by Stuart Marshal about Mallalieu Motors and his appetite was whetted for further investigation. He then made a visit to the factory in Abingdon where the Bentley cars were totally refurbished and rebuilt and this resulted in an order being placed in June of that year. The donor car was purchased in July and the open tourer car was made over the ensuing year, becoming number 38 in Mallalieu's build programme. The rebuild started with a new chassis being made, incorporating part of the old Bentley structure. When this was completed, it was sand-blasted, galvanised and painted with red iron oxide. It was then finished with a final coat of black bituminous paint; the whole structure being usable for a period that would stretch at least into the next century or as Stuart wrote in the FT, 'good for another generation's service'.The body was built through making a steel structure and then covering this in hand-crafted aluminium panels. Paint choice could be any colour used by the major manufacturers during the preceding ten years and Saab Cream was chosen to enhance the 1930s body style with a chocolate and cream Connolly leather interior and Wilton carpets.Beneath the body, the car's stopping capability has been significantly improved by the change to vacuum brake servos, feeding Range Rover discs at the front with Ford Capri final drive assembly and drum brakes. As part of the build programme, the engine was also completely stripped and rebuilt. The car's appearance has been enhanced by the choice of full running boards, two additional (detachable) trunks on the folding luggage shelf at the rear, P100 headlamps combined with fog lights and spotlights and large horns in front of the radiator; a good choice, it would seem, as Pauline Mallalieu said when she presented the original vendor with the keys of the car on taking delivery in 1980, 'I like to see our cars well dressed'.A short period of time after the car had been delivered, the Mallalieu Company went into liquidation. The company’s senior managers searched for backers to keep the company going, even approaching previous car purchasers, although this did not uncover any enthusiastic backers. The original owner of this particular car, however, delighted by the style and interest in his new acquisition, decided to secure the future of the workforce by acquiring the majority of the company, making a cash loan and in true Mallalieu style, grew the company back into prosperity. He covered only 10,500 in 36 years ownership before the current purchaser in the Summer of 2015. Upon acquiring the car from Historics in 2015 our vendor spent £12,000 with Nigel Sandel Bentley and Rolls-Royce Specialist to restore the car back to its original 1980 splendour. During this current ownership of nine years over a total of £18,000 in invoices for various mechanical and bodywork improvements can be found. Included with the car are tonneau and roof covers, along with side windows and a battery conditioner. Complete with comprehensive service history and Historic status thus does not require MoT test certificate or road tax and is of course ULEZ exempt. A reluctant sale due to the necessity of downsizing a private collection, this example will be sorely missed but certainly a thrill for the new owner. The Chevrolet Task Force (or in some cases, Task-Force) is a light-duty (3100-short bed & 3200-long bed) and medium-duty (3600) truck series by Chevrolet introduced in 1955, its first major redesign since 1947. Known as the Blue Chip in the parallel GMC it had more modern design than the preceding Advance Design without sacrificing ruggedness or durability. First available on March 25, 1955, these trucks were sold with various minor changes over the years from 1955 (2nd series) until 1957. Model years 1955 & 1956 had the “egg crate grill”. 1955 had the emblems below the lateral line of the front fender, whereas in 1956, the emblem was located above the lateral line and the hood emblem was a bit higher on the hood. In 1957, the grill changed to a more open design and the hood was given “spears” resembling the Bel Air. In 1958 the series was renamed “Apache”, found on fender emblems, given a second set of headlights, and received other minor changes. The model continued with minor changes through 1959.This superb example of this iconic American classic truck is presented in gleaming light blue with a grey interior, with a wood lined flatbed and side mounted spare wheel. In this 50th year celebration of the 911 Turbo, we’re thrilled to include this incredible example in our summer sale. As Porsche themselves state this represents “the closest link between motor sport and everyday driving”. There is little doubt that the 930 Turbo represents the pinnacle of motoring excellence. Many drivers have reached the limit of their ability long before this car has reached its own. It's nomenclature of the ‘widow maker’ is well earned. This example was first registered to Porsche GB Reading to represent the highest specification available at the time. This was part of the ‘Special Wishes’ scheme and customers could order upgrades that simply weren't available to other cars. The most obvious of which in this example are the fitting of ‘Recaro Ideal C’ seats (authenticated by Porsche in the paperwork), fully electrically adjustable and heated all through an 80s-style chunky-buttoned panel as well as, unusually, inflatable lumbar supports. The Bentley Continental GT was the first car released by Volkswagen AG after their acquisition of the company in 1998 and was unveiled at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show, followed by Le Mans, Goodwood Festival of Speed and the annual Bentley Drivers Club meeting at Silverstone. The car differed significantly from the previous Continental R and T models in terms of its concept; although much of the car is hand-assembled, this Bentley was made in significantly larger numbers than previously. As a result, the price at launch was substantially less than the Continental R, thus exposing the car to a much wider and new customer base as a more affordable car. A Continental GTC is equipped with a 6.0 litre, twin-turbocharged W12 engine and produces 603bhp with an impressive top speed of 202mph. Torsen-based permanent four-wheel drive is standard. This example is beautifully presented in grey with a two-tone black and cream interior, though the colour split is a slightly different take on the norm, instead opting for black as the main hide on the seats and dash top and cream as the secondary hide. This combination gives the benefit of a lighter more spacious feeling cabin with the cream touches but the added practicality of the black main hide, which is of course far easier to maintain. The car has an impressive service record, with all Bentley main dealer servicing in its early life, then various visits to well renowned specialists thereafter. During the present vendor’s ownership, the hood has been replaced, a common and costly problem which has been taken care of for the next owner. Supplied to auction with a folder containing invoices and service stamps of all works completed over the years, a V5C registration document and an MoT test certificate. The Ford Escort is a small family car that was manufactured from 1968 to 2004 and was produced in six different model derivatives. The fourth version of the Ford Escort was launched in March 1986, with only a small number of changes over its predecessor. Optional new features included a mechanical anti‐lock braking system, a fuel computer on fuel-injected models, and a heated windscreen. These changes were welcome at a time when the Escort was faced with a host of new competitors; General Motors had brought out a new version of the Vauxhall Astra 18 months earlier, shortly after Volkswagen had introduced the Mk. II Golf. As well as an all-new interior, a new derivative of the CVH engine was introduced, as well as numerous suspension tweaks to address criticisms of the Escort's handling and ride quality. This desirable Ford hatchback was originally registered at the end of October 1989 and presents well in the popular colour combination of black coachwork with a contrasting grey cloth trim and red coachlines. The look is enhanced with alloy wheels, front fog lights and a desirable factory fitted glass sunroof. Both the paintwork and the trim appear in good order. Offered to auction with a V5C registration document, various bills and receipts and an MoT test certificate valid until May 2025. We are informed by our enthusiast vendor that the car is fun to drive and always puts a smile on his face. In 2001, three years after the launch of the Rover 75, and less than a year after the demerger of MG Rover from BMW, the MG ZT and MG ZT-T were launched. During the cars' development, the models were codenamed X10 and X11, for the saloon and estate versions, respectively. The basic shape and styling of the MG ZT remained the same as for the Rover 75 but with changes to the front bumper, now with an integrated grille, and detail alterations including colour coding of the chromed waistline, a new boot lid plinth, and different alloy wheels and tyres sizes. During the first few months of 2004, MG Rover facelifted the design of the ZT and ZT-T to a less retro look, at the same time as the Rover 75 received a facelift. This didn't feature much in the way of mechanical differences to the ZT, most changes were merely aesthetic. The main changes to the car included the replacement of the twin headlamps, with a new, clear single headlamp unit. Between 2003 and 2006 the top of the ZT range, and the rarest, was rear wheel drive and powered by the Ford 4601cc V8 engine giving 300bhp, 0-60mph in 6.3 seconds and a top speed of 155mph.Originally registered on 16th January 2006 this Rover ZT-T presents well in black with a black interior. These are great cars to drive with endless power available, a relatively unassuming vehicle from the outside, with the only visible feature being the large bore exhausts. However, start the engine and suddenly you become aware of the Ford Mustang 4.6 litre V8 under the bonnet. This is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox making this a true drivers car and one to really enjoy on the open road. Performance is put at 260bhp and 407NM of torque. Manufactured in relatively small numbers, it is thought less than 200 were produced, meaning this could well prove to be a shrewd purchase. Supplied with a V5C registration document and a current MoT test certificate valid until 7th November 2024. A stylish estate car, best described as ‘a wolf in sheeps’ clothing’. If your idea of G-Class ownership doesn’t involve oversized wheels, aftermarket body kits, or even a 5.5 litre fire-breather of an engine, but rather the original styling and everyday usability, this 1991 Mercedes-Benz 300 GE must be considered. It has covered a little over 110,000 miles in its 33 year life, and the cherished registration ‘G20 WAG’ is included in the sale. Its blue bodywork further cements the understated styling and the grey interior is similar to what you’d find in a standard Mercedes-Benz saloon from that era.First registered in April 1991, over three decades ago, this example is powered by a three litre straight-six engine mated to an automatic gearbox. The dark blue colour scheme seems to be a great choice, and the paintwork is in good order. Previously owned by the CEO of Howdens Kitchens, the car resided in Scotland where it was maintained regardless of cost. £14,500 was spent on a complete retrim in grey leather as well as the respray in the blue paintwork you see today. The current vendor purchased the car in 2023 for considerably more than our estimate, but has decided to offer it for sale as it simply isn’t getting used as much as he anticipated it would. The previous owner purchased the vehicle in 2021 and treated the 300 GE to a no expense spared service and maintenance program with Edward Hall Mercedes-Benz specialists costing circa £16,500! The work included a new head gasket, fuel lines, the underside was treated and undersealed, new alloy wheels, new all-terrain tyres and new side steps, it’s safe to say this G Wagen has been in the right hands and pretty much no stone has been left unturned. The history file accompanying the car includes the original toolbox, many previous MoT test certificates, sundry bills including invoice's totalling circa £14,000 for interior retrimming and an overhaul and the more recent invoice for £16,500. Other works include £2,000 spent in 2010, the UK registration document and an MoT test certificate valid until April 2025. Offered with its private and fitting registration number, this is a superb opportunity to acquire a sound 300 GE! The Arnage T laid claim to the title of world's fastest saloon in 2002, propelling the driver, in total luxury to a top speed of 170mph. Powered by a 6.75 litre twin turbo version of the Rolls-Royce, V8 engine, the nearly three-ton car could accelerate from 0-60mph in just 5.5 seconds. The engine was treated to what Bentley described as 'the most thorough re-engineering of its life’ producing 451bhp and 645lb/ft of torque. Other changes included the adoption of a 'drive-by-wire' throttle to go hand-in-glove with Bosch's Electronic Stability Program which replaced the Red Label's traction control, but what really gives this nearly three-ton car its immense poise is a revised suspension that features 57% more roll stiffness than the Red Label. The car's basic structure is also 10% stiffer which means there are no creaks and squeaks of the sort that distinguished previous generations of Bentleys.Finished in Silver Tempest with contrasting Beluga Black Hide, this Mulliner specification Arnage T was first registered on 14th August 2002. Boasting the supreme comfort to be expected from such a luxurious marque and performance, which is quite breathtaking, especially given the size of the car. The interior is rich with leather, chrome dials, turned aluminium and gadgets. The exterior is subtly understated with only its 18inch split rim wheels providing a clue to its performance. Under the bonnet, the 6,750cc twin turbocharged engine offers performance that has to be experienced, 451bhp and 654ft-lbs of torque propel the car to 60mph in 5.5 seconds and on to 179 mph. Reported by the vendor to run and drive very well. This example comes supplied with a V5C registration document and a comprehensive service history completed by main dealer and Bentley specialists, most recently by the well respected Paul Bradshaw. This lovely example certainly offers exceptional value for money. Consigned by Will Penrose.BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTEDCOMPREHENSIVE SERVICE HISTORY

Hats-off to Mercedes-Benz’s famed tuning division AMG, for shoehorning one of the world's most modern and powerful V8 engines into the classic four-wheel drive vehicles that has been used by almost every government and on almost every continent. The results are just as dramatic as you'd imagine with giant tyres grappling for grip whist inside, the occupants are swathed in leather and deep carpets. Additional details point towards the extensive power output by the subtle AMG & G55 badging pointing towards the 5.5-litre, V8 engine and other performance upgrades.Recorded on the registration document as having no former keepers (imported into the UK in 2024 and originally sold through South Bay, California Mercedes-Benz dealership), whilst it requires a little tlc overall, the silver coachwork, black leather interior and matching carpets throughout are sound. Also included is a sunroof, tinted side windows and side-exit exhausts, not to mention heated & electric front seats, satellite navigation with Apple CarPlay and (untested) television screens for rear passengers. ‘Speed operating door locks’ are included (operating at 6mph+) with the classic AMG moniker married with advanced G55 power, alloy wheels, grilles, dynamic control systems included the Electronic Stability Program (ESP), an upgraded cabin and four-wheel Electronic Traction System (4 ETS). It can truly be said that few cars have such character or road presence. Consigned by Edward Bridger-Stille Sales room notice Interested parties should note: The sunroof and heated steering are all fully functional and this vehicle has been used regularly with no oil/water leaks. It has also recently had an oil service with new oil seals, new brakes discs & pads (Mercedes-Benz parts). There is one warning light when the car is switched on, an ‘SOS’ one. This is the ‘emergency call system’ which is not an urgent issue but just something that does not operate in the UK as this car came from the US. This can be switched off, it is understood, from inside the cockpit or if you take it to a garage. Whilst the government website used to list this as ‘ULEZ compliant’, there has recently been some discussion regarding its validity. We are informed that it still remains under this auspice but that this information should not be relied upon. JBA Motors was a company based in Norwich that makes the JBA Falcon. The company was originally named JBA Engineering and the name came from the first letter of the surnames of the three partners who founded the firm, Kenneth Glyn Jones, John Barlow and David George Ashley. They were all engineers at British Leyland. John Barlow later left the company and it was run by Ken Jones and Dave Ashley until 2004. Sadly, the company went into administration in 2007.Originally registered in April 2003 this JBA is fitted with a 2.0 litre Ford Pinto engine. Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 1993, the Ian Callum styled DB7 began production in 1994 at a new factory in Bloxham, Oxfordshire. In 1999, the new DB7 Vantage with a V12 engine was revealed. In 2002, a new variant was launched, named DB7 GT or DB7 GTA when equipped with an automatic transmission. It was essentially an improved version of the Vantage, its V12 engine producing 435bhp. Aesthetically, compared to the Vantage it has a mesh front grille, vents in the bonnet, a boot spoiler, optional carbon fibre trim and new wheels. It also has 14" front and 13" rear vented disc brakes by Brembo. The original Tremac T56 six-speed manual gearbox was uprated with a short-shift lever, additionally a new 228mm diameter twin-plate AP Racing clutch was fitted instead of the 293mm single-plate original which resulted in a 22% lighter pedal effort, along with a shorter final drive to improve acceleration. Production of the GT was extremely limited with only 85 vehicles manufactured for the UK market. Limited numbers and Ian Callum’s sleek and purposeful design combined to produce a sporting tourer that has bucked the DB7 collecting curve and good examples are now highly desirable. This particular example is a hugely desirable GT, fitted with the manual gearbox, and is surely one of the very best examples out there. The car presents in immaculate order, its black coachwork is gleaming and the black interior is virtually unmarked. The car recently won its class at the Aston Martin Owner’s Club concours event at Sandringham House, which is about enough reassurance of the condition as anyone could possibly ask for. This is an extremely rare car, with only 85 examples built for the UK market, this example is one for the collector, having covered just 23,600 miles. The car has a comprehensive service history and is coming from an owner who is very meticulous and ensures his cars are always kept in top condition. The Ford Sierra RS Cosworth is a performance-oriented version of the Sierra family car produced by Ford Europe in the mid-1980s. The car was developed by Ford's motorsport division, which aimed to create a high-performance vehicle that could compete in rallies and racing. The Sierra RS Cosworth was equipped with a 2.0 litre turbocharged engine that produced 204 horsepower and 214 lb-ft of torque, making it one of the fastest cars of its time. The car was also fitted with a four-wheel-drive system and a limited-slip differential, which helped to improve its handling and traction on both road and track. The exterior of the Sierra RS Cosworth was designed with aerodynamics in mind, featuring a distinctive front grille, a large rear spoiler, and wider wheel arches to accommodate its wider track. Inside, the car was fitted with Recaro bucket seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, as well as a range of gauges and dials to monitor the car's performance. The Sierra RS Cosworth proved to be a successful rally car, winning several championships and races throughout the 1980s and 1990’s.This excellent and very original 1986 Ford Sierra RS Cosworth is finished in the classic Ford colour scheme of white with grey cloth interior, both of which are in very good condition, with the wheels recently being refurbished.
