1979 BMW 633csi for Restoration/Recommissioning. Registration number AUV 15TMetallic Silver with blue leather upholstery. 3210cc petrol with automatic transmission. Garage find complete vehicle unused for 35 years. Good solid condition with rust blemishes in the paintwork towards the front of the vehicle (bonnet, front wings, nose and front valance). Also corrosion blisters in the metal sunroof. No obvious perforations to the bodywork. Chromed/silvered area (bumpers, window trims/embellishers) tarnished. Upholstery looks to be in good order and complete. Rubber parts such as handbrake-lever shroud have turned white and may be fragile. We are informed that the engine has not been run for 35 years so it should be assumed that professional/specialist engineers would be required for any recommissioning work, as the mechanicals/transmission are likely to be seized or partially seized. Fuel tank and supply lines and rubber parts may require replacing. The tyres have been re-inflated and are holding air presently, so the car rolls suitably for loading onto a trailer. The original BMW 14" alloy wheels appear to be in fair condition. XWX tyres would require replacing if the vehicle was to be returned to road use. Odometer showing 22,765 miles which may be correct though there is no paperwork to verify mileage. The car does have an old style V5 and shows the car as having had two registered keepers. A very solid basis for a renovation or valuable source of some well-preserved parts. Z3 BMW Roadster. 1997. Registration number P223 GVN. Pre-facelift 'narrow-body' version with leather interior, manual gearbox and the more economic 1.9 petrol engine. Mileage 237,000. Dating from April 1997 this earlier, narrow body pre-facelift Z3 Roadster presents in cosmic black with matching black Mohair soft-top and rides on its original alloy wheels. Under that shapely bonnet, we find the 1.9 litre M44B19 four-cylinder petrol engine which develops 138bhp and 180NM of torque, driving the rear wheels here, via a five-speed manual transmission giving ample performance for most with an impressive fuel economy. Theinterior has brown leather seats with electric seat base adjustment, Stainless steal anti roll hoops, light brown dash trim, power steering, ABS, electric windows, electric mirrors, digital clock, radio/CD player and manual hood mechanism which is in very good condition.Though the vehicle has covered high mileage it comes with a large folder of service history to evidence regular servicing and replacement of consumables, a new clutch was fitted not long before the car entered his classic car collection. The owner has a large classic car collection and decided to store the BMW Z3 n his collection some few years ago where it has remained on Sorn ever since, though as with all of his cars they are fired up regularly and driven up and down a private track. The body panels are in good rust-free condition and the interior is very tidy except for the passenger seat base which has a small separation of stitching between two leather panels. The vehicle still has its original BMW tool kit in its original tray and its original space saver tyre which appears to be unused.Due to age and health the elderly vendor has decided to dispose of his classic car collection to down size hence the vehicle is sold still on Sorn. Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III, Radford conversion. 1963. Registration number AFW 995A. - Burgundy colour with tan leather original interior. - Fantastic condition - With service history, Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III manual and provenance Four speed automatic gearbox, power steering, 8 cylinder 90 degree V-configuration engine, 6.2 litres displacement, 6230cc capacity. Drum brakes servo-assisted. Mileage around 75,000. This Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III was completed in February of 1963 and supplied by Jack Barclay Ltd. 1962 saw the introduction of the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III which was to be the final variant of the factory bodied standard steel saloon. The introduction of the twin headlamps was the most obvious change, but the differences did not end there. Further changes included the introduction of smaller bumper over riders and the repositioning of the front indicators and side lamps into one single unit on the front wing, resulting in an arguably more attractive appearance. Mechanically speaking the Silver Cloud III was issued with larger 9:1 compression ratio carburettors, improved power steering to aid smoother movement at parking speed and a Lucas vacuum-advance distributor to aid fuel consumption, making it almost identical in mechanical specification to the Bentley S3 Continental that was being produced at the same time.
