Built from steel castings it has 12" dia. flywheel, stands 40" tall. Designed to be noiseless and to pump water from a basement to upper floor, using natural gas or gasoline. Our model has gas supply port and small hand wheel valve. Operates freely

A finely made 'antique' exhibition quality horizontal mill engine from polished steel and some brasswork, single cylinder driving 6.25" dia. flywheel, draincocks on cylinder, steam chest supports ball governor belt driven from crankshaft, slip eccentric for valve piston with reversing action (5 notch fine hand reversing lever), brass lubricators on crank axle bearings, slip eccentric drive to small water pump with fine flanges, all mounted on steel base with fine random engraving, small copper hand oil can on base and other fine small details, all on a brick effect 2.75" wood plinth with set of four miniature spanners, all on wood base with ball feet and glazed brass cover. 18" long x 11" wide x 10.5" tall, and with protected diploma, 1903 Plymouth, Trades Industrial and Photographic ExhibitionModel is in glass cover, is free running and does not appears to have any corrosion visible. Stroke length approx. 1½ “.
