A hallmarked silver crown wind open face pocket watch with engine turned case and vacant cartouche, the white enamel dial inscribed 'Thos Russell & Son, Liverpool Tempus Fugit' and set with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, the ten jewel movement similarly engraved, diameter 5cm, with white metal watch chain and a Swiss 935 standard silver fob watch, the enamel decorated dial set with Arabic numerals, dial diameter 4cm (af) and a Storm gentleman's fashion wristwatch (3).
Approximately fifty boxed Matchbox 'Models of Yesteryear' diecast model vehicles to include the special editions YS-16 '1929 Scammell One Hundred Tonne Truck-Trailer with G.E.R Class E for 2-4-0 locomotive', YS-39 'Passenger Coach And Horses c.1820', Y10 '1931 AEC trolley bus 'Diddler', also YSFE01 '1930 Ahrens-Fox', YSFE02 '1036 Leyland Cub FK-7 Fire Engine', a cased limited edition no. 0353 'Connoisseur's Collection', also first and second edition collectors' catalogues in leather-effect binders and a quantity of plastic plinths. CONDITION REPORT: Boxes and models appears to be in generally good condition, some models loose within boxes with resultant surface wear.

A good quality modern clockwork racing car and driver, modelled as a classic 1920s/30s sports car in yellow and black livery, with rubber tyres and leather effect seat and engine straps (with buckles), the driver in navy fabric overalls, white undershirt, belt and helmet, with jointed arms and composite body, length 49cm. CONDITION REPORT: Car in driver appear to be in good condition with only minor surface dirt, no manufacturers mark visible. Clockwork mechanism appear to be in working order.

A large live steam 4 inch steam engine locomotive painted in black and green, (no boiler certificate) length 52cm. CONDITION REPORT: Surface particularly to the top with several areas of tarnish/pitting and some areas of flaking to the paint, a few major scratches to the sides with spare piece of hose.
A fine and important Cornish Mining Punch Jug, from the count house of Wheal Ann. The pottery jug gilded on a deep blue ground showing an early steam whim with engine house and shaft head gear, a surface worker to the foreground, the reverse decorated with peacocks and a fountain. The jug named, "Wheal Ann" beneath the moulded gilt decorated spout, height 25cmNote: Wheal Ann was sited near Mellanear, Hayle. The adventure started in 1805, but despite finding a rich lode of copper there were many problems with water in the 42 fathom level, and in 1815 working ceased. There was a further abortive attempt to re-open in 1850.Provenance: Bought in these rooms on 5th November 1982. Complete with original catalogue, receipt and letter.
