Markie Models - A Markie Models 1:10 scale gas powered live steam model of a Burrell Road Locomotive No. ARJ-4 bearing the name plate 'Quo Vadis'. There is a brass plate to the side of the boiler with initial s 'RAA'. The model in maroon and gold livery with yellow wheels, comes with roof and spare, together with battery powered lights. This impressive engine measures approximately 46 cm (L) x 14 cms (W) x 24 cms (H). The model is slightly dusty with a few marks / chips to the body, and there are a few loose parts, otherwise the model appears to be in Good - Very Good condition overall. Cheddar - A Cheddar 'Puffin' Live Steam 'Marine' Plant. The twin cylinder oscillating marine engine with horizontal central flue, and mahogany planked cladding with brass boiler bands, measures approximately 34 cm long. There are some marks to the cladding and the model shows some dusty signs of display, otherwise the model appears to be in Good condition overall. The model sits within a glass display cabinet which measures approximately 41 cms (H) x 45 cms (L) x 26 cms (D) and appears to be in Good condition. The model is unchecked for completeness. Unmarked Maker - An unmarked but very well engineered copper and brasss stationary steam engine. The engine is mounted on a Formica base surround with steel railing and brass stanchions. The engine has a copper cylinder and brass casing supporting the cylinder and abrass funnel. There is a brass wheel which drives the brass piston. There is also a steel platform which sits to one side of the engine. To engine comes with burner tray. The engine stands approximately 22 cms in height, has some dusty signs of display and appears to be in Very Good condition. The model is unchecked for completeness. Cheddar - An unboxed 'Puffin' vertical steam. The twin cylinder engine with vertical central flue, and mahogany planked cladding with brass boiler bands, measures approximately 22 cm in height. There are some dusty signs of display, but otherwise the model gives the impression that it has not been fired, and overall the model appears to be in Very Good condition overall.
