A 19th century French industrial mantel clock. Two industrial engine type pistons flank the clock. They attach to a rocking beam on top of the clock which serves as the pendulum. The clock, pistons and beams are brass. Additionally, silvered accents surround the gold finish clock face. The white enamel dial features Roman numerals and blued steel hands. The clock sits on a black marble base. W.20 H.18cm
