An early and scarce Lesney Moco large scale Prime Mover trailer and bulldozer set, comprising orange tractor unit with green engine covers, grey wheels, blue trailer with loose ramps and yellow and red bulldozer, boxed.Condition ReportThe original box has knocks and scuffs to the edges and corners but no tears, one end label has a small torn area and the model is in original paint with a couple of minor paint chips to the tractor unit and bulldozer is generally in good condition.
Worksplate YORKSHIRE ENGINE CO LIMITED MEADOW HALL WORKS SHEFFIELD No2451 1950 ex BR-W Hawksworth 0-6-0 PT numbered 8458. Allocated new to Cardiff East Dock then Worcester and Didcot, withdrawn from 81A Old Oak Common in September 1963 and scrapped at Swindon Works. Oval cast brass, lightly face cleaned, measures 11in x 6in.
Worksplate NEILSON & Co GLASGOW 1881 No 2752 ex LSWR Adams 395 Class 0-6-0 numbered LSWR 400, SR 3400 and BR 30572. Allocated to 70B Feltham from where it was withdrawn in January 1957 and scrapped at Ashford Works. Oval shaped cast brass face restored measures 10.25in x 6in. A rare plate from the first batch of these locomotives which were the first main line goods engine designed for the LSWR by Adams.
