Signed by Olivia, his widow & Alice, Florence, Horace & Miles Blomfield, also Edward & Olivia Lewis & William Blomfield as Executors. William Blomfield of Sparham Hall Farm, Necton, Norfolk, who died 18th September 1886. His wife Olivia Jane, nee Whistler, Blomfield remarried in 1890 at the Strand Registration District, London to Edward Lewis. Edward Lewis born circa 1849, farmer & miller at Gayton, Norfolk & who was also one of the Executors of William Blomfield's will.
