A three-colour gold sealing wax case, apparently struck only with discharge mark of Jean-Baptiste Fouache, Paris, 1774-1780 oval section, engine-turned within chased swag and rosette borders, the matrix engraved with a jugate coat of arms below a Marquis's coronet and the motto: UNDIQUE TUTUS height 12 cm, 4.75 in The arms of the wife are those of Niel, of Provence.

A coal fired traction engine built in the style of the Showman fairground engines of 1900, single cylinder, regulator, water gauge, pressure gauge, water pump, injector, hand brake, reversing lever, gear box lever, chain steering, smoke box, mounted dynamo powering canopy lights, decorated with brass fittings, lamps and lettering, an unusual and interesting working model with the feel of the fairground's artistic and fun character about it. 56" x 22" x 38"
