Original boiler certificate Morewood Model Engineers Ltd., boiler No.816, copper hydraulic tested to 170 psi. working presure 85 psi. dated 16th May, 1985. Past boiler History 1985 to 1996. Certificates available on request.

3 inch scale Aveling & Porter road steam tractor, constructed from 'Maxitrak' parts and castings. The tractor built by Mr. C. Wood with single crank having trunk guide, pressure valves, pressure gauge, ratchet oil lubricator, steam regulator, cylinder drain cocks, Stephenson link reverse, oscillating water pump, hand water pump, belly water tanks, rear brake, whistle, oilers, lamps and copper boiler. Original 'Cheddar Models' copper boiler certificate. 100 lbs/psi dated 30-9-1998. Southern Federation of Model Engineering Societies boiler test certifictae No.8566, valid until 13-4-2004. The engine finished in green paint work with lining, red wheels, fitted tyres, brass hubs and driving trolley.

Exhibition quality 1 1/2 inch scale model of an Allchin traction engine, 'Royal Chester' single cylinder, 2 speed general purpose engine. The engine has a brazed copper boiler with fittings including water gauge, pressure gauge, safety valve, blower, water lifter, clack and blowdown valves. Engine details include cylinder approximately 1 inch bore x 1 1/2 inch stroke, draincocks and pipes, displacement and mechanical lubricators, trunk type crosshead guide. Stephenson's link reverse, eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, 2 road speeds and spoked flywheel, Pickering type governor, chassis details include spoked straked wheels, worm and roller chain steering, spud pan, damper, cable drum, fairleads, water lifter, hand brake to second shaft, wooden footboard with tool box under, padlock, spark arrester, bucket, coal shovel and stoking poker, finished in maroon with yellow and red lining. 16 1/2 x 26 inches (42cm x 66cm), complete with glazed display cabinet, bronze medal and certificate.

Boilers fittings including water gauge, glass missing, shut-off cocks, pressure gauge, blower, injector, whistle, water lifter and clack valves, mud door and drain plug. Engine details include single cylinder 3 1/4 inch bore x 3 3/4 inch stroke, footplate controlled draincocks and pipework, ratchet operated lubricator, shut off valve, bar type crosshead guides, valve spindle guide Stephenson's link reverse, 2 road speeds mounted outside the horn plates, eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, belt driven Pickering-type govenor and unusual solid flywheel, wick-type lubricator boxes and oil pots to bearings. Chassis detail including worm and roller chain steering spoked straked wheels with brass hubcaps, rubber tyres fitted for road use, footplate-controlled damper, band brake and 2 wheeled driving trolley. Finished in red and black paintwork with polished steel and chromed finishings.
