SECOND WORLD WAR - A SCRATCH-BUILT CAST ALUMINIUM DESK MODEL OF A FLEET AIR ARM BLACKBURN B-24 SKUA 15cm long, on a brass wire and turned wood circular base, 24cm high. Note: The Blackburn B-24 Skua was a carrier-based low-wing, two-seater, single-radial engine aircraft operated by the British Fleet Air Arm which combined the functions of a dive bomber and fighter.

A SILVER-PLATED ASHTRAY saved from the ruins of Goring's residence, Cairnhall in the Schorfheide Forest, with supporting hand-written provenance, the stirrup shape smoker's companion bearing the Goring family gauntlet device to match-holder, maker stamped 'B. Bormann, Nachfolger, Frankfurt', 15cm high. Provenance: 'The ashtray belonged to the driver Guido Olezzi. He was in the Divisione Sforzesca in the sector of the River Don. In January 1943 he was captured and after join the Russian Army as a driver and engine repair man. When they arrive in Cairnhall house of Hermann Goring family, it was partially destroyed. He found this ashtray there and took it. After the war he left the Russian Army and went back home, the ashtray has been with him since, 2 years ago he died. He lived near Bologna, in a small village'.
