Eight unboxed Lledo resin bodied Pre-production prototype models of the DG60 1955 Dennis F8 Fire Engine in 'Oban' and 'Derbyshire' liveries, all of the models having 'G Turner Models' wording to the base plates, with signage being printed onto adhesive transparent film, some of which is lifting. Overall models appear G+/VG however, as might be expected, the finish on the prototype models is not always up to the same quality found on the the standard production models and some may have damage, missing or detached parts. Nine unboxed Lledo pre-production metal and plastic Fire Engine models, various liveries including 'Birmingham' and 'Cardiff City' variants, with most of the signage being either decal based or printed onto an adhesive transparent film. An unboxed DG35 Dennis Limousine 'Post Office Telephones' van in red is also included as part of this lot. Overall models appear G/G+ however, as might be expected, the finish on the prototype models is not always up to the same quality found on the the standard production models and some may have damage, missing or detached parts. Seven boxed Lone Star 'Tuf-Tots' miniature diecast models, including 4 x #623 London Bus, 2 x #624 Fire Engine and a #610 Construction Truck together with two empty boxes for the #620 Stingray model. Overall models appear G+/VG in generally G/G+ boxes. Twelve unboxed 'Tuf-Tots' models, G+, are also included as part of this lot. (21)
A small group of unboxed diecast models by Corgi and Dinky including a Corgi 345 MGC GT model in orange, (only found in car Transporter Gift Sets 41 and 48) and a Scammell Tri-Deck Car Transporter, a Carrimore Mk IV Transporter, missing the cab unit, a Simon Snorkel Fire Engine, also by Corgi together with a Dinky Army Austin Mini Moke, the latter model missing some parts, otherwise models overall appear F/G. A boxed Lego D182 Train Set together with other boxed Lego railway related items including C146 Level Crossing, 2 x #150 Tracks, C133 Steam Engine etc. Six other boxed Lego items are also included as part of this lot, Crane C134, police Helicopter #618, Dumper Truck C612, Police Mini Van C659, HGV Lorry C694 and Road Works Repair set C692. A good assortment of plastic and tinplate battery operated, friction drive and clockwork toys, some boxed. Boxed items include a 'Ladder Fire Engine', a 'Cowboy Sand Buggy' and a Modern Toys (Japan) 'Highway Patrol Car', all battery operated and with clean battery compartments. Unboxed items include a Cragstan b/o 'Playboy' Drummer, a Wells Brimtoy Trolleybus, missing poles, and a Cox Bi-plane with some damage/missing parts. Condition of items ranges from F to G+ and where present, packaging appears F/G.
German WW2 Kriegsmarine Ships Engine Room Clock as Used in the German U-Boats, the clock which was made by Junghans, has silvered dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary dial. Kriegsmarine issue stamp, eagle and swastika over M to the centre. Housed in the original metal casing which retains much of the original paint finish. Case is complete with fixing posts and comes with key. Some wear to the dial and ribbing to some of the numbers. Good used example. These types of ships clocks were often found in the engine rooms as opposed to the larger brass cased bulk head clocks. These were particular popular in U-Boats. When ships surrendered at the end of WW2 these clocks were popular souvenirs amongst British Naval personnel.The clock is in working order but has not been tested for accuracy
