Live steam Agricultural Traction Engine by Maxwell Hemmens Precision Steam Models with green and red paintwork, 18in. with original assembly and operating instructions and boiler test certificate dated February 1987. A vintage vertical live steam boiler and stationary single flywheel horizontal engine on platform base; boiler is lagged in planked hardwood with water sight glass fitting, latched boiler door, central flue with chimney, overall height 60cm. Engine is secured to base, with 9cm flywheel which is aligned to drive a model generator, also fixed to base. Damage to pipe linkage between boiler and engine and to boiler metal base. Bachmann - 2 x unboxed OO gauge locomotives, a Class 45 Diesel named The Royal Artilleryman op number D67, one windscreen has fallen inside the cab and one wiper is missing. Also a Class J39 0-6-0 steam engine number 1974, it has some damage to the underside of the tender and part of the coupling is missing. They appear in Fair condition overall. Bachmann - 2 x unboxed OO gauge steam locomotives, a 2-6-2 V1 tank engine number 7684 in LNER green and a Class N 2-6-0 number 1824 in Southern livery. Both show signs of age and use, the tank engine has had weights added to the inside, it appears in Good condition, the other loco has a home made coupling and some glue repair to the front buffer beam, it appears Fair. Hornby - A 1930s clockwork tinplate O gauge 4-4-2 tank engine number 2180 in LMS maroon livery. It shows signs of and and use with cracks in all four of the driving wheels, there is no key with it but the motor is working. Dinky Toys - Three boxed Dinky Toys #710 Beechcraft S35 Bonaza. The lot contains three version - one in red and white - appears Very Good with some paint nicks to fuselage on Excellent clear bubble pack and base; one in bronze and yellow - appears Mint with some age related lifting to decals, in Excellent clear bubble pack and base; with a version in red, white and blue - appears Near Mint with a tiny mark on fuselage, some age lifting to decals, and loose engine cover - in Fair Plus discoloured bubble with some cracks on Good overall base. Good quality George V silver slide action tobacco box of rectangular form with engine turned decoration and gilded interior, (Birmingham 1931), maker William Neale Ltd, 8cm in overall length, all at 4.9ozsVery good overall condition. The engine turned decoration is nice and crisp, the action works well and there are no signs of engraving or previous repairs. There are a couple of very minor dents to the base, please see additional photographs.
