Tank Regiment interest, a silver and enamel compact, lipstick holder and pencil, the compact by The Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company, Birmingham 1939, rectangular form, engine turned decoration, enamelled with the three regimental colours and applied with the tank badge and motto `Fear Naught`. (3) These three items were given by Lt.Col Bill Nelson, (1909-1992) to his wife. Bill Nelson was involved in testing and development of tanks, helicopters, submarines. flame -throwers, assault craft and hovercraft, and he designed the `WALRUS`, which was a Water And Land Reconnaissance Unit Surveyor.
