An Art Deco period circular cut glass Powder Bowl, the piquework toroiseshell lid with a silver mount assayed Birmingham 1926, together with one other smaller hand cut ovoid glass example, the circular lid with engine turned quatrefoil shaped pink enamel top within a black enamel border with horizontal "linking bar" style chain decoration, the lid assayed Birmingham 1925, the larger glass 14cm diameter (2)
A George V silver cigarette box Adie Brothers Ltd, Birmingham 1933, of rectangular form with plain sides, the engine turned top having an unengraved Art Deco diamond design of tapered lines and plain stepped decoration at either end, cedar lined, 6¾ x 3½in. (17.25 x 9cm.), gross weight 16.5 tr.oz.
A miniature gold vinaigrette circa 1830, the unmarked body held in a circle of deeply cast and chased flowers and shells, the lid and base with concentric bands of engine turned decoration and the grill pierced with tulip and rose design, 1.75cm. diameter, weight 4.8g., tested higher than 9ct.
A George IV silver vinaigrette Joseph Willmore, Birmingham 1821, of circular cushion form with a heavily embossed band of floral decoration around the side and to the suspension knob and ring, the top and underside with concentric bands of engine turning, the gilded interior with the floral and foliate pierced grille, 2.4 cm. diameter, weight 12g.
A William IV silver vinaigrette Charles Reilly & George Storer, London 1834, the rounded rectangular body decorated overall with engine turning, within double waved lines, the top with unengraved cartouche, the gilded interior with pierced and engraved foliage decoration to the grill, 3.7 cm. x 2.8 cm., weight 23g.
A Victorian silver card case Hilliard and Thomason, Birmingham 1882, the front and back engine turned with alternate bands of elongated honeycombs and diamond trellis, the hipped serpentine edges with chased rococo scrolls interspersed with floral sprays, the front with a central applied oval engraved with initials, 3¾in. (9.8cm.) long, weight 2.25 tr.oz.
