Property of a Retired Solicitor 1951 BENTLEY MK VI SALOON registration no 482 BYC, chassis no B135KL, engine no B167K, black standard steel coachwork with cream leather upholstery and walnut dashboard and door cappings, 4257cc six cylinder engine with twin SU carburettors, manual transmission and the original Radiomobile Model 4050 radio (not installed) and spare wheel Introduced in 1946 the Bentley MK VI was Rolls Royce`s first post war model. This example, which has covered 108,000 miles was acquired by the present owner in April 2001. It has been regularly used for `fine weather` motoring and is sold with a file which includes the original Owner`s Handbook (stained) and instructions for the radio, MOT certificate (expires 2 June 2011) and SORN form V11.

Property of the late Miss G M Weldon sold by Order of the Trustees 1968 DAIMLER V8 250 SALOON registration no PTV 400G, chassis no PIK 4256BW, engine no 7K4415, Opalescent Silver Blue all steel coachwork with dark blue leather upholstery and walnut dashboard and trim, 2548cc four (x2) cylinder 90 Vee 8 engine with twin SU carburettors, automatic transmission, large and small tools and spare wheel This very well preserved vehicle was supplied in December 1968 to the late Miss Weldon by C H Truman & Co Ltd of Nottingham. Regularly driven by Miss Weldon`s chauffeur, it has covered only 53,000 miles . Sold with the Owner`s Handbook, brochure, original Registration Book (V.E.60) and Registration Document form V5, and service history (from the first 1000 miles), it has been maintained by Truman & Co and subsequently by Mann, Egerton & Co Ltd of Nottingham. The interior is original with pleasing signs of little wear, such as unused ashtrays. The car has since new been housed in a heated garage but in recent years has not been used, following the retirement of the chauffeur. It con equently requires recomissioning to become an excellent low-mileage, single owner example of this Daimler version of the stylish Mk II Jaguar.
