Articles of Agreement Indented... 2nd June 1716, between Thomas Glynn of Polkenhorne.... and Thomas Worth of Burrough of Penryn, granting a lease to "all those two Stamping Mills comonly called by the name of Porkellis Stamping Mills.... within the Parish of Wendron", and giving licence to "search and work for Tyn, Tyn Oare and Tyn stuffe", and to erect and building engine for the better working of tin, a fine large 18th-c. copy of the Deed, 3 pages, with some slight damage at the folds, and another mid 18th-c. copy of the same Deed, on 2 pages, damaged at the folds, and a document with the docket title "Case about the water course in Porkellis Moor, a draft document, with extensive amendments, from Thoe Darley, dated 9th March 1759, stating that the watercourse had been altered by Worth's representatives in order to work a different engine, preventing it from running over the stamping mills, which had been allowed to fall down through want of repair, and seeking legal opinion, the 3-page document also with a transcript of the 1716 Deed (3).
