LE ROY & FILS, HORLOGERS, PARIS; a 19th century 18ct gold full hunter repeating pocket watch, the white enamelled dial set with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, gilt spade hands, keyless movement with bi-metallic compensated balance repeating on two hammers, operated by slide in the band, case diameter 50mm, model no. 45807, with initials 'CP' to the front engine turned design, the design repeated to the back.Footnote: - This was valued for insurance by Prestige Valuations, Hatton Garden London in 2016, with a replacement valuation of £2,950.00.Condition Report: - Overall approx. 129.7g. At the time of cataloguing, the watch appears to be in going order, however this is no guarantee of working order. The glass is loose and the push-down catch for the hunter is stiff. Tiny scratches to the case, as you would expect, but otherwise good condition.
