Ltd., Birmingham 1950, square, engine turned, the lid enamelled with a mallard duck landing on a lake, within bright cut and green enamelled borders, 2½in. (6.3cm.) square. * Condition: Very good condition. A few tiny scratches to surface of enamel. No enamel loss. No dents or dings. Closes crisply.

Martin, Birmingham 1948, comprising a hand mirror, pair of hair brushes and pair of clothes brushes, all of angular form with engine turned decoration. (5) * Condition: Marks partially rubbed to hair brushes but still legible. Others marks good. Two small dings to back of mirror. Small dent to one top corner of both clothes brushes. A few small dings to hair brushes and one has a faint line dent.
Two George VI silver cigarette cases, one by John Rose, Birmingham 1948, engine turned with initials, engraved 'AGMB', the other by DRH, Birmingham 1930, applied plaque with initials 'DB', the larger 5 x 3 5/8in. (12.75 x 9.25cm.), weight 11 tr.oz. (2) * Condition: Both in very good condition, with no dings or dents. Close crisply. Marks clear. Interiors would benefit from cleaning.
A George V silver cigar box, Padgett & Braham Ltd., London 1929, rectangular with engine turned lid, the central plaque initialled 'R.J.H.', cedar lined, 8 x 6½in. (20.25 x 16.5cm.), gross weight 11.95 tr.oz. * Condition: Small dings to sides throughout, with several dings in a cluster to right end of lid front. Dent to lower front left corner. Interior lacks dividers.
Two silver cigarette cases by Asprey, both with engine turned design, the larger, London 1939, initialled to the front, opening to reveal the gilt interior, the inner lid stamped with the date July, 3rd 1940, the other, London 1911, with patent slide action, opening to reveal gold gilt interior, together with silver mounted cut glass pot, Birmingham 1911, gross weight of cigarette cases, 10.9 tr.oz. (3) * Condition: Both cigarette cases need cleaning and have small dents throughout, pot lid with rubbed makers mark, overall good condition.
