A 19th century blue & white Italian pattern egg stand with cover, approx 24cms wide; together with three similar entree dishes and covers, the largest 35cms wide (4).Condition ReportThe egg stand cover has a few minor nibbles to the rim, one egg cup has a chip and crazing / discolouration to the inner surface. The first entree dish and cover both have glaze rubbing where they touch; the second dish and cover has some rim chips to the cover which have been touched in with enamel and the dish has a glued chip repair to one corner; the third has glaze rubbing to the rim edge, and the dish has the same where the cover sits, otherwise good condition.

ROBERTSON, in fifteen carat gold, in fitted branded and inscribed box of issueNote: A bittersweet medal, this was awarded to a player once descibed as 'a really classy half-back and an exceedingly capable player'. Robertson spent only one season with Rangers, during which time he helped them to this league championship. He also played his part in guiding Rangers to the Glasgow Cup final vs. Celtic. Rangers would ultimately lose the tie, though, more importantly, during the match Robertson would suffer a critical spinal injury, this leaving him crippled for the remainder of his life.
