A rare and important royal miniature, first half of the 18th century, Augustus III King of Poland and Elector of Saxony, painted on enamel probably by Christian Friedrich Zincke from the half-length oil on canvas portrait executed by Louis de Silvestre c. 1730. In a gold and silver (or white gold) frame studded with chip diamonds. A little restoration to the enamel. (Augustus III spent almost his entire life in Dresden where Silvestre was his court painter. Contemporary miniature copies from Silvestre's portraits of Augustus are well known including one in the Royal Collection. Zincke worked mainly in England but maintained strong ties with Dresden where he trained).
A pair of Lowestoft armorial porcelain tea bowls and saucers, circa 1790, painted in gilt with a coat of arms above a banner inscribed with the motto 'IN DEO POTERO', within gilt lined rims, tea bowls 7.5cm diameter, saucer 12cm diameter (4)CONDITION:Cup 1 - Stained hairline crack running 2.5cm long.Cup 2 - Crazed and some black speckling.Saucer 1 - Crazed, hairline to the rim, some staining.Saucer 2 - Some staining to the underside, some crazing and black speckling, very feint hairline crack parallel to the rim.Some enamel and gilt scratching throughout.
A Clarice Cliff clog or sabot, circa 1930, brightly decorated in primary colours with a bold design similar to the, Picasso Flower pattern, black printed Bizarre by Clarice Cliff mark, 13cm longCONDITION: Some minor enamel scratching throughout, some crazing visible to the interior. No chips, cracks or restoration detected.

A Clarice Cliff Melon pattern Tolphin jug, circa 1930, painted with a deep band of geometric fruit above an orange and black band, black printed Fantasque, Wilkinson mark, 24.5cm highCONDITION REPORT: Some minor enamel wear and surface scratching but generally good, no obvious chips, cracks or restoration detected.
