Overall the case has surface scratching all over and numerous nicks and dents to the body and corners. The top enamel flower has some damage, the other two flowers appear to be in good condition. Gold plated half hunter pocket watch with white enamel dial signed Sir John Bennett, London, 50mm diameter, on plated watch chainCondition report: Watch winds and ticks but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of its time keeping.Overall good condition. The outer case has some surface scratching commensurate with age and use. Some heavier knife scratches to the top side of case from being opened with force. White enamel dial is clean and clear. The name "Sir John Bennett" is slightly rubbed off. The chain- clasp is slightly bet and doesn't close properly. Some extra links in the middle of the chain. Some of the gold plate is worn off on the links.

Both the clasp and T-bar hallmarked with the England lion and date letter O, makers mark B&B. Each link is also stamped with the England lion. One link in the chain is a replacement and different shape (see additional image). The links connecting the chain to the T-bar are also replacements and some have splits to them. The clasp shuts securely.
