A Victorian serpent necklace fashioned in yellow metal the tapered articulated tail, terminates in a box clasp that forms the tongue of the serpents head, the back of the head is set with half pearls with rose cut diamonds in between, with red gem set eyes, with diamond detail and the ground finely engraved back and flooded with cobalt blue enamel. Finish Silver Bowl with teak handle (hallmarked date 1965) given to Joseph Mears by the Finish Football Association following England`s warm-up football game to the 1966 World Cup Final on 26th June 1966 with a red enamel football applied to the base (Joseph `Joe` Mears was the son of the founder of Chelsea Football Club. He became chairman of Chelsea Football Club in 1940 and chairman of the Football Association in 1963. He died in Oslo on 1st July 1966, five days after this game)
