THIRD REICH HITLER YOUTH BOYS DAGGER BY GRAWISO, SOLINGEN, being a 1st pattern example, with two black chequered grips and enamel HJ diamond to the centre. Housed in its original steel scabbard with blackened finish. Leather belt loop fitting to the reverse of the scabbard. Slab side 1st pattern grip with remains of the lightly etched motto ‘Blut und Ehre!’ and the reverse stamped with makers mark. Some wear to the blade as usual with HJ boys daggers and some scratches and wear to the scabbard, good early example still however.

Rare Third Reich SS Enlisted Mans Dress Dagger by Jacobs & Co Solingen Grafrath, good example of a model 33 enlisted mas dress dagger with ebony grip retaining the enamel SS rune emblem and nickel eagle insignias. Polished top and lower mounts. Housed in its original anodised scabbard which shows some wear and polishing. Single hanging ring. The blade has the special motto, only found on Jacobs and Klittermann & Moog SS daggers, with the exclamation mark after the motto, ‘Meine Ehre heist Treue!’. Blade with Jacobs & Co makers trade mark to the reverse, which is much rarer to find than then later RZM examples by this maker. The blade has been polished like the exterior fittings so some of the detail and depth has been lost but still a good example of a desirable and rare maker SS enlisted mans dress dagger. Blade 8.8 inches, overall 14 3/4 inches

RARE THIRD REICH NSKK LEADERS CHAINED DRESS DAGGER BY CARL EICKHORN, SOLINGEN, good honest example of an original NSKK leaders dress dagger with dark wood grip having enamel SA emblem and aluminium eagle inserted. Plated top and lower grip mounts. Housed in the original scabbard with plated mounts. Attached to the scabbard is the original hanging chain with four links to the top and five to the bottom. The links have relief of NSKK eagle emblem and mobile type swastikas. Complete with the original large clip fitting with oakleaf spray relief to the centre. First chain link at the top stamped ‘MUSTERSCHUTZ NSKK KORPSFUHRUNG’ and the first link on the lower section with RZM mark. Blade being standard double edged with motto ‘Alles fur Deutschland’ and the reverse with RZM M7/66 1941 which is the code for Carl Eickhorn, Solingen. Some wear and small chips to the edge of the blade and some plating lifting to the fittings but generally still a good example of a rare and desirable dress dagger of the Third Reich.

A natural pearl, diamond and enamel pendant by Carlo Giuliano, circa 1865-75, of cruiform design, centred with a pearl, bordered by old-cut diamonds within pyramidal settings, and further pearls to the cardinal points, with pearl drop below set beneath a blue and white spotted enamel cap, the pendant suspended from a similarly enamelled suspension loop, gold mounted, the reverse signed ‘C.G’, total diamond weight approximately 1.10 carats, length approximately 9.5cm. £5,000-£6,000 --- According to a verbal report from GCS the pearls are of natural saltwater origin. Verbal report number 5784-0261. Literature: For a comparable cruciform pendant by Carlo Giuliano, circa 1869-1874, incorporating natural pearls and similar pyramidal diamond settings, see: Castellani and Giuliano by Geoffrey G. Munn, pub. 1984, colour plate 28, page 34. Condition Report General light surface wear to the mount and settings commensurate with age. The pearls are creamy off-white hue with silver overtones, very soft lustre, even round shape (excluding drop), drop-shaped pearl with a couple of raised blemishes.
