A Japanese Meiji period inlaid two tone vesta case, in the style of the Komai company of Kyoto, with chased dragon, crane and flower decoration, black enamel, indistinctly signed lower right of crane, 46 x 31mm. Condition report - A rare earth magnet will not stick to the side. The overall condition the vesta case has chips and scratches to the top rim where the lid closes, the lid has come apart a little at the seam, some loss of enamel with age related marks.
A French gold and enamel fob watch chain, replacement clasp, makers mark P C in a lozenge to ring, clip unmarked, chain 56cm, 5.9gm Condition report - we can presume the gold chain to be 18ct gold as it has French makers mark in a lozenge, we presume the bolt ring was fully hallmarked but this has been replace with a 9ct example. The enamelled clip link has a flattened section where it should be hallmarked but it is left blank, four of the enamel spacers have loss as well as the enamel clasp,

Bouceau is a traditional name in Provence]
