With winding key, not original. No travelling case. Both spring barrels are fully wound. Repeat button is working. Going train is not working. Hours and quarters are working when hand setting.

Stockwell, London, 1865, together with a calling card from 'Viscountess Harcourt, 1 Belgrave Place,' inscribed 'Cigar Case Believed to Have Been Presented to Sir William Harcourt on the Successful Completion of his First Railway Case at the Parliamentary Bar.' (Height 16cm approx, width 8.5cm approx). NOTE: Sir William George Granville Venables Vernon Harcourt, (1827-1904), wasa well known British lawyer, journalist and Liberal Statesman, who served Prime Minister, William Gladstone, as Solicitor General, and Chancellor of the Exchequer.
