A George III oak longcase clock, the arched 12" white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, painted with flowers to arch and spandrels, signed Robert Davey Norwich with 8 day striking two train movement with anchor escapement. The hood with hinged drop fall front glazed door flanked by columns with brass bases and capitals above a trunk with arched door on a reduced box base, with key and pendulum, weights missing. 192cm high.

A mid 19th Century mahogany drop dial wall clock, the 30cm cream enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute track signed Harding Folkestone, with hinged brass glazed bezel, four pillar eight day single fusee movement with anchor escapement, the case with a moulded surround, the drop trunk with a shaped glazed lenticle, foliate carved ears and pendulum adjustment hinged flat, 49cm high. With key and pendulum.

An early 19th Century oak 30 day longcase clock, the 11" painted enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute track and spandrels painted with bell flowers signed Russell Buxton, four pillar two train movement striking on a bell with anchor escapement. The broken scroll pediment over a glazed door flanked by freestanding column supports, the trunk with arched rectangular door over a box base raised on bracket feet. 195cm high.

An imposing Gothic revival slate mantle clock, the eight day striking movement numbered 2558, the case inlaid with red marble decoration and the enamel dial bearing Roman numerals (47cm). Condition Report: Right hand side panel on the base is missing, small chips elsewhere, especially to corners.

Condition Report: Appears in good general order. Minor enamel loss and crazing on some pieces. Repairs to handles on two of the soup bowls. 2nd quality.

Wimbledon / Surrey / Dulwich Tennis interest - a superb and unique collection relating to Percy W Rootham. The lot includes a packed original ledger starting c1911-1922, full of cuttings, photos, menus, Programmes, letters, posters, etc etc. A Surrey County LTA cloth blazer badge, four silver & enamel Wimbledon named LTA badges for 1935/1937/1938/1939 and a Clubweltspiel Bremen Dulwich Ostern 1913 BLTV pin badge. Cuttings also relate to famous Tennis Players who were Killed during WW1. He was a member of the LTA Council and Surrey County Lawn Tennis Association Honorary Secretary, he was also heavily involved in the choosing of the new Tennis Ball. A GOOD QUALITY JAPANESE KINKOZAN SATSUMA EARTHENWARE KETTLE & COVER, the sides of the flattened body decorated in slightly raised white enamel relief with overlapping flowerheads reserved on a gilt stipple ground, the shoulders and cover with wisteria, the gilt finial encircled with a key-fret border, the base with impressed seal and gilt signature, 4in long including handle & 2.3in high overall.
