Surface and slightly deeper scratches to enamel panel but no losses to the enamel. Closes flush to, with very slight lifting to one corner when closed. Wear and discolouration to interior gilding. Hallmarks with some wear, but generally still legible.

Some wear to edges of enamel throughout. Loss and wear to enamel of scent bottle lid and small amount of loss to one brush handle. Compression to one side of larger glass jar lid. Several small nibbles and chips to each piece of cut glass. Some items have been previously gilded but this has now rubbed away. Some manicure set items with bent handles and larger knocks. One box has a space for a comb, which is missing. Hallmarks with varying degrees of wear, some worn and indistinct. Boxes with some scuffs to exteriors particularly at corners. Interiors with fraying to silk edges, splits to elastic supports and small amounts of discolouration to velvet/silk.
