A late 18th Century Bilston enamel patch box of oval form, the lid with black print inscribed "Who opens this must have a kiss" and a scene of a riverside with gentleman fishing and boat, the base set with floral decoration, 5 cm x 3.6 cm, together with a further Bilston enamel patch box of oval form, the top with black print of a townscape inscribed "A Present from Aylesbury", the base in pink, 5 cm x 3.4 cm CONDITION REPORTS The "Who opens this ..." box - exterior of lid has surface scratches, exterior of base has chips and scratches especially to bottom edge and underneath, also some areas of discolouration, hinge has some damage. The interior has some surface scratches, verdigris and some cracking to the left side. The interior has some verdigris and discolouration especially to the rim, there are spots of green throughout and a powdery residue to the interior. The Present from Aylesbury box has a couple of chips to the top and various pin head firing faults, the base has cracking to edge and various surface scratches and a couple of other cracks in the enamel work. The top interior has a firing fault and appear to have some drops of glue, some chips to edge of interior of lid, the metalwork has verdigris, inside base has several cracks in the enamel on sides and base and various firing faults and dark marks. Both have general wear and tear including scratches, some knocks and bumps.

Rectangular box - various small cracks to the top, various scratches etc all over, general small signs of wear and tear.

A 19th Century Chinese cloisonne vase decorated with panels of flowers, 37.6 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Cloisonne is damaged and missing in areas, especially to the rim, where it is also dented. There are some small chips to the cloisonne work in other places. The base has two drilled holes, one filled with glue. The underside enamel work is completely flaked off apart from a couple of places. A split to the brass rim where the join is coming away. Pinhead firing faults all over and general wear and tear.

Hinges have had some repairs. Gilt and painted decoration has wear, scratches and dirt. The base has scratches and wear, and a Meissen-style cross to the corner. Various firing faults. Wear and tear and scratches.

A 19th Century Chinese gilt metal and champleve enamelled decorated censer, the wide flared rim with pierced edge, decorated with shield medallions over a similarly decorated bellied body, 21 cm high x 43.5 cm diameter, raised on an associated carved wooden stand, together with two further white metal stands CONDITION REPORTS The censer has dents and is mis-shapen and is split in some areas. General pitting of the enamel and metal work. Wear and scratches. Some of the enamel is crazed. In need of a good clean, item has a very thick layer of dirt, so unable to see full condition because of this. See images for examples. One stand is missing several turquoise coloured stones from the decoration and is mis-shapen and split in some areas, also appears to have been repaired and there appear to have been some attempts at re-straightening. The other stand is mis-shapen, particularly at the base, one foot is missing, it has had holes pierced into the base, rim has been crudely attached - unknown whether this is original. All items have wear and tear, scratches, dents, losses, etc See images for details.

A 19th Century Chinese cloisonne and champleve panel decorated circular bowl, raised on a circular foot with associated ebonised socle, 35.5 cm diameter CONDITION REPORTS One screw is missing. The metal frame has come away from the cloisonne base in several areas. There are several areas of damage and discolouration to the outside edge of the central panel. There is a hole to the centre of the panel, there are several larger areas of loss and damage to the enamel on the exterior, some dents. Pin head holes to the enamel all over. Wear and tear, scratches, wear to the inside rim. See images for details. Weight of bowl approx 3.25kg, weight of base approx 2.2kg.

A 19th Century famille-rose cylindrical vase with flared rim and slightly tapered base, decorated with panels of vases of flowers and butterflies within relief work of squirrels climbing grape and vine, 25.5 cm high, together with a similar polychrome decorated mug (handle missing), 16.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The vase rim has been damaged and restored including repainting and remodelling to large areas. Applied decoration has chips and losses. Enamelling and giltwork has wear and scratches. Generally dirty. There is a large firing fault to the underside. The handle of the mug is missing, mug has large hairline crack from top rim down to base, there are hairline cracks to rim and some chips, plus a chip to the interior, and some restoration appears to have been attempted. There is wear and tear to the enamel and gilding. See images for details.

Dark mark to the dog's hind quarter and dark mark above pup's head (see images). Very small chip to mother dog's nose and possibly to right ear. Small chip to another pup's ear. Mirror inside is becoming de-silvered. General small signs of wear and tear. Small loss to the enamel to the base near the edge (see images).

A Chinese Qianlong Period teapot decorated with vase of flowers and puce scale panels, together with matching hexagonal dish stand, similar mandarin decorated bellied jug and cover and a similar tea bowl and saucer CONDITION REPORTS The teapot has crazing all over, the spout has chips, various firing faults throughout, surface scratches, wear and scratches to paintwork, the stand has chips to the rim, discolouration to the outside edge, wear to the enamel work and gilding. The hexagonal dish/stand has a dull sound when tapped - possible fault line. The jug and cover - the handle has a crack and chip to the base, there are scratches to the paintwork and the enamel is worn in several places. The saucer has a chip and hairline crack to rim, and a few further hairline cracks. The teabowl also has several hairline cracks and chips. All items have general wear and tear including chips, wear to paintwork, dirt, etc See images for details.

A 19th Century Chinese cloisonne and gilt bronze lidded box of peach form, with all-over flowering branch decoration, bears vacant seal mark to stem, 15 cm long x 10 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Some of the flowering branch decoration is loose and one leaf is off. There are several holes the branches - unknown whether these are for screws or for further attachments which are not present. There are some large sections of enamel decoration missing from the red areas of the lid, and crazing to the enamel on the interior in the same location and further areas of crazing and cracks, the same areas is missing sections of enamel on the base and interior. All over there are firing faults and other small areas of loss to the enamel work.The interior of the base also has some erosion and pitting, and there is a section of enamel missing with the base metal showing through. General wear and tear, dirt, scratches, dents, etc See images for details.

One appears to have some repairs attempted at the base and on the top inner rim. The other also appears to have had some repairs attempted on the inner rim. Chinese cloisonne inkwell and cover, on a wooden stand, 14cm CONDITION REPORT: Body - gilding slightly worn on rim, appears in good condition, no obvious major damage or dents, rather dirty. This is gilt bronze, the interior well has a very slight cracking to interior enamel at the joint. Wooden stand appears good apart from repair (re-gluing) to tip of one of the scrolls. Lid - slight dent to interior rim, three slight losses to enamel inside lid, exterior is rather dirty, slight rubbinf to edge gilding, not much gilding left on lion dog which has verdigris. Slight scrapes, no obvious dents or losses, hole slightly visible beneath knop. (lion dog).

George III gold memoriam ring of a child FRAs COLHOUN OB 27 NOV 1775 Æ 5W 2D in white enamel, the oval tablet with a funerary scene and a lock of hair; also a Victorian black lacquer memoriam brooch with a rope twist frame and window of scrolled hair, width 7.5cm; and a memoriam stick pin dated 1889 (3);   Condition report: Brooch: 74mm x 60mm; lacquer good; pin and mounting plate have lost the gold plating; the metal decoration around the central display is complete but detached in a couple of places. Ring: enamel chipped in many places but is continuous; minor abrasion on the crystal; the funery urn in the display is initialled FC. Pin: small chip to the enamel; the pin has been soldered over the date on the back of the oval.

Motor-car picnic set, 1930's, for four people, the black leather cloth cabinet with a fall front revealing an interior fitted with a spirit kettle, cutlery, cups, saucers and plates, glassware and containers, width 64cm   Condition report: Moderate deterioration of the outside; height 30cm, depth 22cm; metal fixtures have surface corrosion; white lining panels warped and lifting at the corners; one saucer broken and repaired; both small glasses broken; bottle stoppers have lost their chrome finish; pottery jars and cake tin crazed and stained/discoloured; minor chips to the enamel dishes; minor dents and corrosion to the metal surfaces; forks and spoons all marked "Siltona" and the stainless knives all marked "GWS&S" and scratched with the name "Banner".
