An Imperial Russian cross of the Order of St. Anne, according to the regulations made by Julius (Ivan) Keibet between 1862, when he succeeded his father, Wilhelm, and 1882, when his son, Albert, followed him. The size of the cross indicates that it is Third Class. The court purveyor's mark beneath the translucent red guilloché enamel on the upper cross arm - St. Petersburg city mark on the eyelet.
