18ct gold cased fob watch with white enamel dial and Roman numeral markers, glass face not present, within an 18ct gold case with floral scroll engraved decoration. 35mm diameterCondition report: Outer and inne case both stamped ‘18K’ and numbered 36704. The suspension hoop at the top of the watch is marked 9ct, 375.Watch winds and ticks but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of its time keeping.Glass face is missing and the white enamel dial has multiple hairline cracks. Outer case has few very small dents and some light surface scratching but overall good.Total weight 33.4 grams
Set of six Liberty & Co silver coffee spoons with blue enamel decoration. Conronation Commemorative hallmarks, Birmingham 1953Condition report: Sold within a case not related to the spoons. One spoon has slight damage to one of the lower oval enamel panels (see additional image). The other enamel panels appear to be in good condition. Silver has light surface scratching from use, wear commensurate with age. Overall good. Total weight 1.45oz

C.E. Wilkinson Royal Engineers, Regt of Sappers & Miners) 1914 Star (Major C.W. Wilkinson R.E.) British War and Victory Medals, with M.I.D. oak leaves (Lt. Col. C.W Wilkinson R.E.) With dress miniatures, laminated Dispatches 1916 (2) and laminated DSO grant. (15)/Provenance: by descent to the current owners/Note: DSO London Gazette 1st January 1918: CMG New Years Honours 1918 Wilkinson promoted from the rank of Lieutenant (1892) through Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel (1922). Colonel Charles William Wilkinson DSO CMG was born 8th October 1868 in Kensington London. He was awarded the DSO in 1917 for conspicuous gallantry in action. He displayed great courage and skill in handling hastily improvised force under difficult conditions and was largely instrumental in clearing parties of the enemy from the lines of communication. Probate records show Charles William Wilkinson CMG DSO of 85, Dorset Row, Bexhill on Sea, Sussex died 6th February 1954 to Probate London 5 April to Charles Rupert Grant Wilkinson, Commander R.N. effects £1520 19s 6d. His second wife Agnes Maud Twiss was the granddaughter of Thomas Henry Kavanagh VC (1821-1882) He was one of the most celebrated VC's of the Indian Mutiny and the last civilian to be awarded the honour/see illustration

A Chinese export silver and enamel figure of a long Eliza, modelled standing holding a basket of flowers on a bamboo pole, marked beneath, 29.5cm high, in a fitted box/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: Metal elements approx. 732gm. The body has some faults to enamel, worn away at top of sleeve cuff but overall fair. Enamel of right hand lost to fingers area. Head has area of loss to enamel under chin and extensive wear and losses to enamel hair. The removable hand has losses to enamel fingers. The basket has minor enamel losses and a few pieces of the 'fringe' are missing. Box has losses and cracks in line with age and usage.
A cloisonné vase of baluster shape, decorated flowers to a blue ground, 26cm high, four cloisonné enamel tea bowls, a cloisonné jar and cover, two napkin rings and a small cup CONDITION REPORT: Vase has some flaws to enamel under the lip of the rim, this may be a firing issue rather than damage. One or two minor dings and flakes/chips to enamel body. Box has slight chip to rim of cover.Small tea bowl has chip to side.Four tea bowls have chipping to enamels (mainly to interiors) as well as small dents and bends.
A quantity of Chinese silver and jadeite hair sticks, some with chop marks to back of pin, some with highlights in enamel and gilt CONDITION REPORT: There are lots of small elements and details some of which are loose and bent. There are several pieces with the lot which don't obviously attach to other pieces. Overall this is an interesting lot but with losses, damage and in need of sensitive restoration.

A Victorian novelty silver vesta case, Louis Dee, London 1883, the cover enamelled with a cover from Punch magazine, retailed by Lewis, 20 St James's St, 5cm x 5cm/Note: The magazine depicted is No 1703, Volume the Sixty-Sixth, February 1874 CONDITION REPORT: Appearance generally good although under a loupe there are surface scratches to enamel, a few short hairlines tracking in from sides and a small fracture/chip to the bottom edge (centre). Silver generally good, some faint scratches and wear in line with age and usage.
A set of six silver gilt and coloured enamel coffee spoons, Barker Bros Ltd., Birmingham 1932, with seal terminals, cased CONDITION REPORT: Overall these look in nice condition. Under magnification (a loupe) there are some bubbles to enamel (mainly pale blue enamel one), scratches to enamel (mainly to red spoon), minor faint hairlines within enamel (yellow spoon) and a minute chip to enamel near tip of green spoon.
A Worcester Dutch jug, circa 1757-58, of globular form moulded with overlapping leaves painted in Meissen style with generous bouquets of garden flowers below a border of leaves and flowers and a gilt rim, a bluebell spray inside concealing a firing crack, 20cm high/Provenance: The Sir Jeremy Lever Collection, sold Bonhams 7th March 2007, lot 38, where it is suggested that the removal of the cipher or armorial could be due to the intended owner rejecting the jug as a 'second' and instead the factory removed the cipher in order to sell the jug to a new customer CONDITION REPORT: There is a long firing crack from the rim at the front, running diagonally into the shoulder; this has been concealed at time of manufacture by a strategically-placed leaf and bluebell spray. A small area of associated restoration. The plain leaf to the front of the jug is devoid of decoration and glaze but with traces of enamel and gilding - it has been suggested that a family crest was removed after they rejected it due to its imperfection. There is a chip to the foot rim at the front, and a small chip to the side of the foot rim to the reverse. The gilding on the top rim has been retouched.

The coffee cup has a small rim chip, and a couple pf patches of enamel flaking to the black line rim. The bowl in good condition.
A Minton Limoges enamel style black ground coupe, circa 1855-60, gilt Minton mark, decorated in white enamel with masks and strapwork and cornucopia issuing fruit, on a knopped baluster stem and domed foot, enriched in gilding, 17cm high/Provenance: From the Minton Museum CONDITION REPORT: Cracked and repaired through both narrow parts of the stem. The bowl has been cracked almost all the way around with rivet repairs and areas of bonding and re-touching. Lacking cover
A Flight, Barr & Barr circular card basket, circa 1845, moulded with overlapping leaf border, the centre painted with a titled scene of St Michaels Mount, Cornwall, on a green ground, 25cm wide CONDITION REPORT: The handle has been restored and professionally restored, as well as a few chips to the shaped rim, which have again been well restored. Scratch to enamel to the right side of the mount.
A group of Staffordshire figures including a watch stand and spill vases and five blue and white pickle dishes, various CONDITION REPORT: Oblong dish with hairline crack, chips to corners and badly stained.Shallow leaf dishes both with several hairline cracks; larger pickle dish (Spode) with a few small rim chips, the other without damage but both with crazing and light staining.Swan group with enamel flaking to tree.Girl with dog has a hairline crack to front of base.Girl with goat has her head broken and glued.Ram of the sheep pair is broken through neck and glued.Watch group in overall good condition. An English porcelain blue ground part dessert service, circa 1850, each piece painted with flowers in panelled borders and scroll and shell-moulded rims, comprising twelve plates, two circular, oval and square dishes, together with eight plates and four dishes of the same design but more restrained painting and gilding, pattern 290 CONDITION REPORT: pattern no. 2930 Two square dishes - in good condition. Two oval dishes - good condition. Two circular dishes - one has two short hairline cracks at handle and some staining, the other one good. Of the plates - one is badly stained, two have a hairline crack each, five have no damage but are a little bit worn and four have no damage and are good on enamel and gilding. The four other oval dishes with two different moulded borders - one pair is very stained and one has a small hairline crack at handle, the other pair without damage, just a little worn. The plates have all been used and show signs of rubbing to centre enamels and gilding, but six ate in good condition, one has a small rim chip and one has a crack.
A French gilt brass carriage clock with repeat mechanism, the enamel dial indistinctly signed, the movement marked Paris, 16cm high (handle up), in a leather carry case CONDITION REPORT: The clock is in good condition and at present in working order, carrying case scuffed and misshaped, with key but no sliding panel, the base is stamped 98142.
An extensive Art Deco silver and pale blue guilloché enamel dressing table set, Adie Brothers, Birmingham 1932, comprising pair of hairbrushes, pair of clothes brushes, pair of cut glass scent bottles, cut glass powder jar, hand mirror, pair of circular boxes, an easel back bedside clock, ashtray, comb, shoehorn, button hook, scissors and a nail file/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: Overall good appearance. One hairbrush has some chipping to enamels at corners, other has a small chip to one corner. One clothes brush has small flat chip to enamel edge. Other very minor flat chips to enamel on a few pieces like the circular boxes but it is hard to say if this is damage or a manufacturing issue. Mirror good. I am not sure I have ever seen a set this extensive in such good condition.

A Chinese silver bangle with enamelled decoration, a small Chinese pendant, a pair of enamel ear clips, a paste set buckle and a strand of barrel shaped amber coloured beads CONDITION REPORT: Bracelet - marked inside clasp. Scattered chipping, cracks and rubbing to enamels but overall appearance fair. Weight of the bracelet is 40.7gm and the safety chain is detached at one end, this should be easy to remedy
An Austrian silver and enamel heart-shaped photo frame, Georg Adam Schied, import marks for Edwin Thompson Bryant, London 1896, with scrolling easel back, 5.5cm x 5.5cm CONDITION REPORT: The frame is structurally sound but there is an area clearly visible of enamel loss to upper left part of frame. A less visible area of enamel loss is at the lower right edge. The silver could use a careful clean. The glass has no cracks or chips.

Very minor scratches to enamel visible under magnification. Otherwise good. Yellow compact - minor chipping to enamel at edge of cover, one small chip to edge. Minor scratches. Overall fair.Green compact - Minor losses to enamel edge. Overall fair. Blue compact - Scottie dog to cover appears glued on, missing a stud from collar. Scratches to enamel. One small flake to enamel back.Compact decorated a lady to cover - Wear and scratches, chips to decoration at corners. Internal corrosion. Overall poor.

One button has a missing paste (one of the larger ones). Some pastes slightly yellowed. Enamel appears sound. Box a little tired but generally sound - scuffs and a small tear.
