An 18ct Gold Full Hunting Cased Chronograph Keyless Pocket Watch, 55mm diameter case, white enamelled dial with black Roman baton numerals, black second hand and chronograph scale, total gross weight 142.8gCondition ReportExternally the watch is in very good condition showing no obvious signs of dents or previous repair. It bears light marks commensurate with age and light usage, the buttons are secure and correct, the case maker's mark is JW and the watch is marked with a crown and 18. The white enamel dial appears free from any hairline cracks or previous sign of damage or repair. The hands appear original. the watch winds, runs and sets and the chronograph function operates correctly but should be regarded as untested. The mechanism bears a serial number of 77656 and the inner dust cover is 18ct gold. Overall a nice example.
