A Continental silver guilloche enamel thimble, a gold and tortoiseshell piquet thimble, with case, a filigree thimble and blue cut glass needle stand with screw fitting to the base of the thimble, and a 19th century silver thimble and an unassociated pin holder which fits inside and gives the appearance of a cocktail shaker - From a private collection started in 1926 CONDITION REPORT: Guilloche enamel - Indistinct marks to the outer base rim. Enamel in good order. Collector's label to the interior '62', 22mm high. Tortoiseshell - Tortoiseshell in good order with minor scratches under magnification and one deeper scratch running down from the top. Gold decoration all present and without damage. Collector's label to the interior, '63', 19mm high. Housed in hinged red morocco leather case. Filigree - 23mm high. Collector's label stuck to the base '55'. Blue glass with chips to the top - No stopper. Thimble in good order. Housed in a hinged black morocco leather case. 'Cocktail Shaker' - Thimble engraved with initials 'AW'. Several small dents/general wear, 25mm high, collector's label stuck to the outside '20'. Needle holder in good order, 32mm high.

A set of 10 David Anderson Norwegian silver gilt and enamel coffee spoons, the spoons with enamelled handles in yellow, white, red, light blue, dark blue and green, with maker's mark to the back, and two other similar spoons, combined weight 3.12ozt, 96.8g CONDITION REPORT: There is very slight wear to the gilding on the back of the bowls of some spoons. The two other spoons have different marks (see images) with identical decoration and one of these has damage to the blue enamel.
