Large French gilt metal mantel clock, late 19th century. The clock having a white enamel face with Roman dial, a neoclassical case surmounted by a horse and huntsman, eight day medal winning movement, striking on a bell, supported on a carved giltwood stand, under a large glass dome supported on a ebonised base. Dome measures approx. h 63cms, w 50 cms. Condition ReportGlass dome has a crack.

A large Chinese famille rose porcelain dish, Yongcheng. Decorated with mother and child seated at a table beneath a bird perched on a swing, the table with an open book and flowers in a vase, height 6cm, diameter 36cm.From a private Devon collection.The rim has been broken and repaired in two places. It has been overpainted on the repair. The rim has a hairline crack on the rim running across. There is wear to the painted enamel with some flaking off. See extra images on our website.

Weiß emaillierte Kreuzarme sowie grün emaillierte Lorbeer- und Eichenlaubzweige. Bewegliche silberne Krone, am Ring die Punze eines Liktorenbündels. Mehrere Emaille-Fehlstellen, Trage- und Altersspuren. Breite 37 mm, Gewicht 15,5 g. Außerdem die Verleihungsurkunde für den Unterleutnant Graf Verri vom 1. Bayerischen Linieninfanterie-Regiment (31.5.1809) und ein fragmentarisch erhaltenes Schreiben hierzu. Provenienz: Familiennachlass Verri della Bosia, von Barth zu Harmating, von Schirnding Carl Askan Verri della Bosia (1790 - 1878) - an Order of the Legion of Honour and an award certificate, First Empire Cross of silver with gold medallions partly enamelled in blue, depicting the head of Napoleon I and the imperial eagle. Cross arms enamelled in white, laurel and oak branches enamelled in green. Movable silver crown, the ring punched with a fasces. Several flaws in the enamel, traces of wear and age. Width 37 mm, weight 15.5 g.
