19th century Staffordshire figure of Daniel O'Connell. The moulded figure standing in a blue coat, beside a draped pedestal carrying his hat. 13.50 13.50in. (34.3cm) In very fine condition. Small chip to bottom of base at rim. Some very minor losses to enamel. 1 inch firing crack at top of the figure's right leg.

Strang & Son, Arbroath & Alloa', outer and inner case both stamped '18', outer case with engraved initials 'CWI', reverse of outer case engraved with motto 'Semper Vigilans' (Always Vigilant), 4.8cm diameter, (91g gross) Condition Report / Extra Information Dial OK, light wear to seconds markers near hinge side.No glass.Crown turns and hands spin rapidly.Does not wind.Case diameter approx 48mm.Light wear and abrasions throughout case.Engraving worn to reverse.Cover to inner case has hinge broken - removes completely but still fits neatly when replaced, although loose.Underside of inner case lid has one worn/rubbed mark.Also stamped '18'.

An Etruscan revival memorial brooch and earrings, the central oval dome decorated with a band of seed pearls with a thin blue enamel border, to a countersunk reserve and moulded outer with bead and rope twist decoration, the reverse with oval glazed panel and photograph, with pin, 4.8cm long, together with a pair of matching tasselled earrings, (one drop loose) 5.5cm long, (18g gross) Condition Report / Extra Information Brooch - Centre panel a touch wobbly. Blue enamel bruised and with small chips. Pearls show signs of wear & dirt accrued around edges. Two discoloured (see photo). One notably so. Three very small holes to corners of front (only visible with x10 loupe). Light wear throughout. Scratches to reverse, particularly to area around hinge of pin. Pin may be a replacement / later addition. Glazed panel appears sound and fits neatly. Plenty of surface dirt under glass/over photo. In need of a thorough clean.Earrings: Enamel bruised with small chips. Pearls discoloured/slightly grey, very slightly more so to one earring. Surface wear to both throughout. Some tassels have small dents (not noticeable with the eye). One tassel loose, but still present.

Boston Massachusetts, movement also marked Shreve, Crump Low Co. , with fancy link chain stamped '10k' to both ends, with pen knife stamped '14k' (102g gross) Condition Report / Extra Information Case diameter 46mm.Crown turns and hands move.Winds and appears to be working, we do not know how well it keeps time.Light surface wear to case.Watch alone weighs 71g.
