Enamel is in good order, no cracks, chips or losses exposing the silver beneath - scratching and wear only.Small dent to reverse, small patch of solder repair to a corner on the reverse, but no other dents, splitting, thinning or repair. Moderate scratching and wear to silver commensurate with age and use.Push button mechanism works correctly, opening smoothly and closing securely, however the cover does not sit completely flush.Gilt interior is moderately worn and scratched. Lettering and marks to interior are crisp and clear. Elastic to interior is stretched and has become detached at one side.

Heavy scratching and wear to the Tortoishell. Cover is slightly stuck and does not open easily. Cover is wobbly.Ivory coin purse: Very poor condition. Hinge is broken, lining is torn. Extensive repair required.Tortoishell purse: Poor condition. Catch is in working order, but Tortoishell exterior is heavily worn and lining in heavily split. Repair required.Mother of pearl purse: Fair. Exterior in good order, mother of pearl in tact, leather is fair order and metal framework in good order. lining to interior heavily damaged.Compact: Overall fair.
