An Enamel Pendant on Chain, by Askel Holmsen, a triangular pendant with the design of a gazelle, on a blue enamel ground, on a long rope chain, pendant measures 6cm by 3.5cm, chain length 62cm see illustration The pendant is in good condition. There are no defects or condition issues noted to the enamel. It is stamped 'NORWAY STERLING 925S' with the maker's mark for Askel Holmsen. In our opinion it would test as silver. A Norwegian Enamel Tie Bar, by Aksel Holmsen, a rectangular plaque depicting an abstract landscape and enamelled in tones of blue, white, green and yellow, to a tie bar, measures 1.5cm by 5.5cm see illustration The tie bar is in good condition. It is stamped 'MADE IN NORWAY STERLING 925S' with makers mark of Aksel Holmsen. In our opinion it would test as silver. Gross weight 7.8 grams. Condition Report made 10th May 2017
An Enamel Bracelet, textured oval links decorated in bands of blue enamel, length 18cm approximately see illustration The bracelet is in good condition. There is some slight wear and loss to the enamel, mainly to the edges. It is not hallmarked or stamped but tests as 18 carat gold using acid. It fastens with a tongue and box clasp with a figure-of-eight safety catch and a safety chain. Gross weight 38.2 grams. Condition Report made 20th July 2017.
A 9 Carat Two Colour Gold and Enamel Robin Brooch, by Alabaster & Wilson, modelled as a robin perched on a branch in a circular frame, measures 2.8cm in diameter see illustration The brooch is in good condition. It is hallmarked with marker's mark 'A&W', for Alabaster & Wilson, Birmingham, 1964. It fastens with a pin and safety catch. Gross weight 5.4 grams. Condition Report made 4th May 2017.
