Very Rare WW1 Imperial Russian Participants in the British Flag Day 1916 Medal. Sterling Silver Gilt and Enamelled. The assay mark Anchor is for Birmingham. The Lion Passant for Sterling Silver, the makers marks HSW&B and the date letter R for 1916. There is an Imperial Eagle with an enamelled centre bearing the initial A- for the Imperial Tsarina Alexandra Fedorovna. Complete with original back pin for fastening to uniform, plus top wearing pin and ribbon white/blue/red- as Russian flag. This award has not been awarded. It hasn't been engraved. In good condition commensurate with the age of the medal. Please note there is damage to the enamel and there is fraying to the ribbon. The medal comes in its original box.
